First time visiting this U.S post office. I really never have good experience visiting a post office but I experience great customer service on this one. This post office is a little hidden. Kimberly and Maria both provided great customer service and I would be visiting this one for now on. I think other post office should mirror this post office customer service. Now that Christmas is over on mid-morning of 12/29/2023 I came inside this post office for assistance. Only 2 people ahead of me in line. Two "postal" employees working the counter. I was in need of mailing assistance. I told the woman in line ahead of me after a good deal of waiting "I didn't know I WAS GONNA' be here All Day." She giggled in agreement. I was hoping I'd get the male employee who seemed amiable if not jovial. I had difficulty approaching the counter where the female employee was stationed, at first, because a longish line of new people who hung their arms over the boundary divider bar partially blocked me. When I FINALLY reached what I thought would be her help she (female employee) would not greet me or look at me but repeatedly said "just a minute (with a mean expression on her face)" though I had not said anything to her as of yet. When she was ready to hear what I wanted she said it was not possible for me to use the "wet sponge" envelope sealer and that "[she] did not have one." It was a very long time to wait I thought for non-friendly, unhelpful customer service. I actually thought I recognized her so even though she was not too nice I stated "I think I know you ... from the gym." She, with more hostility, stated in improper English "I don't go to NO gym." Everyone in the queue laughed out Loud (lol). I am glad to be out of there. She seems ready to "go Postal" before the New Year 2024. read more

I came in right before Christmas to mail some gifts off. The young woman who helped me said they would get there on that Tuesday after Christmas. And they did, so big kudos to her! I honestly had no clue this Post Office was a mile ish down the street from where I live. I've been trekking too far for too long. One thing all USPS stores have in common- insanely long lines. When I walked in my immediate reaction was to walk back out but I needed to ship this package I had so I waited patiently in the line. An associate walked through the line making sure we were all ready to get checked out and then noticed they had a express kiosk off to the side that they'd shuffle people off to. Essentially, if you were just mailing a package and were paying with some sort of card, you'd be taken out of the line to be waited on. If you needed tracking or additional services, you'd have to get back in line. In the end, I ended up being waited on by a really nice Postal Worker who got me some stamps and mailed my package for me. I was kind of impressed. That line was extremely long and I buzzed through it in minutes. These people hustled to get us in and out, and the best part is- they didn't sacrifice any service to do so. They were friendly and welcoming and now I know exactly where I'll be going the next time I need to visit a post office. read more

I would give this place 0 star if I could, the customer service is horrible. I went there friday to do an overnight shipping for Saturday. My fiancé didn't get the package until Tuesday when I went to get a refund at the store they didn want to give me my money and told me to come back at 7pm knowing the off closes at 7pm. The ladies up front told me they didn't care for me to get my money back and even if I call customer care they won't do anything because the USPS store does care about their customers. One of the ladies Shanika tought it was funny to yell at me and told me " well you are the one that need us to help you, we don't have to." What kind of customer service is this? This is just a superior US Post Office. They are extremely friendly, understanding and have the best on-site customer services that I have encountered. It offers a very "pro-active" service by always having either the Postmaster or Supervisor interacting with their customers by approaching them in line on what they are here for, answering questions that have and guiding them to either how to complete the necessary paperwork they need, making suggestions on there services that they want or verifying that you have correctly completed the necessary forms before you get to the counter. It seems that the patrons who go there never are on their cellphones, are polite to each other and seem very patient when they are waiting to get served. (go figure) Don't get my review wrong. There are times when I go there and they do have long lines and aggravated customers but the staff are always professional. Last time I was in there it was horrible. They weren't following or enforcing any COVIT19 guidelines and all customers were less that a foot from each other. Additionally, they had two employees working and every few minutes, one of them kept leaving to the back for about 10 minutes at a time while there were more than 15 customers cramped into the small confined lobby waiting to be helped. There was no manager to be found: I overheard an employee saying their manager wasn't even on sight. I was literally in line waiting to ship my item for more than an hour. It was a terrible experience. I've never experienced this type of inefficiency and ridiculousness at any other USPS before. Four times...I repeat, four times in the past year, my mail has been delivered to the wrong mail box. Is it so difficult to match my apartment number with the number on the mailbox? I imagine that these skills are taught somewhere around the second grade level, probably right after nap time. The second incident was a greeting card from a close relative and this latest incident was my W2 that I need for tax preparation. Not only that, this contains sensitive information that I'd prefer not to be shared with others! Each time I file a complaint some nice person calls me back, apologizes and assures me it won't happen again. Yet here we go again. I don't appreciate the ineptitude of this particular post office location. Why is it that when people don't do their jobs properly there are no consequences? I do live at Ramblewod East condominiums I bought an item online for $42.00 and supposedly was delivery in my mail box I had never received my package, it never got to the mailbox, instead the mailman misdelivered it The post office in estimated, confirmed the misdelivered of the package, they couldn't retrieve the package, I had to file a claim and nobody followed up, so I did call again the USPS to check what is next and then they escalated the claim to consumer affairs. Consumer affairs office representative called me yesterday and told me that there is nothing that they could do and they were sorry for what happened. The Ady offer me a letter to state the misdelivered of the package so I can give it to the seller and ask them to resend my item....just like that....really? There is a mess with the mail delivery here at this community, I do always get wrong mail and as a good citizen I always returned it to the right sender. I have just lost $42.00 because the Coral Springs USPS can not be accountable for my lost....so now I am afraid if buying anything online that can be delivered at my mailbox because they have very incompetent people working as mailman ....this is ridiculous and unacceptable . I wish that I could give this USPS 5 stars. They have excellent customer service and I never have to wait long. They move very efficiently here. However, I urge anyone that is shipping a package to only come here to drop it off...not to box your item for shipment. They have ants and lots of them. I come to this post office because it is the closest but I always feel itchy after leaving. The area where there are tables set up for you to put together your packages are covered in ants. I've had so many issues over the past few years. Their toll-free number is a joke. Even the couple of times I've gotten someone to email me... they then no longer reply to my emails. Last week, I used their machine and mailed a package from Coral Springs, FL to Honeoye Falls, NY on May 4th. On May 7th, I checked the online tracking and saw the item was sent to San Jose, CA!!! My receipt showed Honeoye Falls, NY. The item was received by the recipient on May 9th (pretty fast correction). That was the 2nd time in the last year a package was mailed to the totally wrong state. Tracking#: 9500106627569124066371 My favorite story is that online tracking once showed a DVD was delivered to me. While it would have fit in my mailbox, it indicated it was left at my front door. I went to the PO, and the person comes back and says he spoke to my mail person and she remembers leaving it at my door. I said, she obviously left it at someone else's door. The man made no offers to help me as if the online tracking is never wrong. When I got home, the package was in my kitchen. The person who received it brought it over and gave it to my wife. What happens when a person doesn't bring it over? Many of my issues occurred when my regular mail woman was off (she was wonderful). Unfortunately, she recently got a new route. I wonder how many times I went to the PO after hours to use their machine only to find it disabled. I noticed they now have 2 newer machines, originally labeled "easier and faster" when I actually find them slower and more difficult to use. There have been occasions when I've had to help other people use them. I have so many other stories of incompetence. read more

I was waiting inline and when the customer was done, I walked up to the (accidentally) counter, I was met with a loud 'DID I CALL YOU ??'.... pretty rude behavior as I am a customer, in no business you get away with this kind of behavior. The United States Postal Service has been a huge part of my life. As a second generation Postal Employee it has been my pleasure or should I say my duty to defend the integrity of this awesome institution. Today I am sympathetic to the frustrations of some of our customers. In over 10 tries I have yet to reach any person at the Coral Springs Post Office. The recording at the number I was given identifies the number I am calling as belonging to the Coral Springs Post Office. I had a two minute question about policies regarding forwarding of packages. No luck yet. I will revise my rating if I am ever able to get a response. Would hate to give a less than great rating to an organization that deserves only the best. read more

I have to admit I literally cannot stand going to the post office. I've lived in Florida my whole life and we recently moved from Southwest Ranches to Coral Springs and I needed to find a local post office here. This branch isn't like most, in the sense that the customer service here is remarkable. Yeah, there can be a line of 10 customers all with things being mailed that are all wrong which holds up everything but the staff here are helpful, patient and the store supervisor Erica who I've seen everytime I go there makes sure that everything is running as smoothly as possible. It is a post office where people are running in and out on lunch breaks to mail things and like I said I've gone when the line is out the door but I've never been there longer than 10 minutes because the staff at this location make it a fast and speedy experience. So, I give this 5 stars because I'm going to continue using this location for all my postage and I hope this review encourages you to not give up if you ever had a poor experience there. read more

The location 3255 NW 94th Ave. has horrible customer service. The mail carrier on my route constantly delivers the wrong mail to me and my neighbors although the addresses are very clear to read. On one occasion I was supposed to have a small package delivered that required a signature. When I arrived home and checked the tracking of the package it said signed and delivered. I was wondering who signed for it if no one was at my home to sign for it. So I went to the post office and spoke to the supervisor there who said she would look into it and call me back when the carrier came in from his route that day. Three days went by and no call. So I went back to the post office and the supervisor claims to not even remember speaking with me face to face a few days before. However a worker at the front desk said she remembered when I had come in because she was the one who got the supervisor for me! Said supervisor went to the back for what felt like an eternity(30 minutes) just to come back out and say "the carrier delivered you package to the wrong address and there is nothing we can do about it...maybe you should try and go over there to get it." Are you f@#!I^g serious!!!!!!!!! What is the point of having a postal service!!!!! UPS and FedEx all the way. Will never use postal service again!!!!!
