I'm so sad to place this review here. I went here to send a package to my friend to India and the young guy who helped me firstly was unprofessional, secondly he didn't place an invoice to my package, he didn't place the receiver's phone number and I have been still dealing with all the issues that have come up with this package since mid November with FedEx. It's very unfortunate when people don't know what they're doing and cause bigger issues. Please learn how to do the packaging & help people instead of cause more problems. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I've been coming here for a long time and unfortunately they are not just the USPS, most likely a third party. They charge $1 to scan the QR code. I told the older guy (with t-shirt that had Navy written down) that I would rather go to a USPS since I already pay for the service. He said and I quote," you would rather save a dollar then spend time with your kid. I'm trying to help you here." First of all who the heck are you to say that to me in front of my child. Stay away. Second a dollar is a dollar. In fact my kid loves going to the post office with me because they would give her stickers. So thanks for ruining it. If i can give it a 0 star I would. I've been coming here off and on for two years now I live super close by and it's super convenient. Never a line never had issues. Packaged was dropped off by my husband where you are able to set them down as clerk told him it was ok to leave it there. Packaged lost never delivered. I went in with tracking number and said usually packages leave from here without being scanned should arrived. Yeah it's been 6 weeks and packaged never got to its destination. Someone there kept it plain and simple. Sad really. Went back again to find out what could be done and they just didn't care. I already filed a loss with the USPS. But you'd think hey it's ok to leave your packages without them being scanned. Yup never coming here ever again. read more

Phone. I called to report vandalism on the community mailbox. It had a lot of hate graffiti. The dude answered was rude, sounds like I ruined his fun or it was his hate I was reporting. read more

If I could, I would give this location ZERO stars! The ladies at this particular location are very RUDE! I thought it was just me, until I asked a few others how their experiences have been, and EVERYONE one of them said they Agree that the ladies at this location are by far the rudest out of any of the Post Offices out here. They never acknowledge you when you enter or are in line, (like say We will be right with you) they never ask if anyone is just "dropping off", they don't scan your items when you drop them off, they just "toss" them in the outgoing. I do a Pre-Paid service so all I ever need to do is Drop off. BUT I will no longer be using this location, no matter how convenient it is! I prefer to go somewhere that treats you with a little respect, and has better customer service! read more

This post office is very small, and there's not much to do there except to drop the mail off directly to the person behind the counter. They don't have any boxes, envelopes or shipping/packaging items for you to buy/use if you don't have any. There's always sort of a line because of it being so small, and bigger packages take a little longer for them to put through i guess. They're very nice there though. It'd be cool if they had some envelopes or bubblewrap there. They also don't wear a USPS uniform, which is lucky for them i guess. It's nice to not have to drive all the way to the lancaster post office if you're dropping things off and you're in quartz hill. Not the best post office, but i wouldn't want it to shut down haha read more

Stan is very nice man. So are the other employees. I drop off all of my pre paid and posted packages here. They do not scan however I have never had a package that I dropped here not get to it's destination. If you worry about that you can always go to the Lancaster post office there on 20th and J. Stan always tries to find the best way for your mail to go timing wise and money wise. Very nice post office! Very convenient. read more

I loved this post office when we first moved here, but it's gone downhill over the last few years. The clerks are rude, they will hang up on you, argue with you, or just outright snub you. I constantly feel belittled when I have to speak to these people and much prefer to drive across town to take care of my postal needs. I had an issue with their terminal rejecting my card and charging it anyway--but they said it wasn't an issue on their end and we're no help in resolving it. read more
