The second and last time I came here was a different story. There was a female employee who was yelling at people and pointing for them where to go. So unprofessional. When it came to my turn, I was confused to where she was pointing at and yelling at me where to go since she was behind the desk but she continued to just yell louder and give me attitude like I was a back in grade school. I'm a substitute teacher and I don't even talk to my students that way. I went up to her to ask her a question and she just gives me attitude back again. The other employee next to her was more patient and professional. But my goodness I've never had to deal with such a rude, unprofessional employee anywhere before. The whole DMV was just chaotic. As a tip, try and get here before 10:00am and the "rush" because if you find a nice quiet pocket, it's actually a somewhat pleasant experience with a wait ~ 30-45 minutes. Other than the short speak and general attitude / moodiness of all the staff, the queue seemed to move quick based on intercom. There's lines for appointment and no appointment... and you'll be here for a bit. The space itself was also fairly difficult to navigate. No seating room other than outside, and all the staff are situated in the middle, taking up most of the building space.
