The man at the counter (possible the owner) was very passive aggressive although having a kind face. I was very surprised by my encounter with him. He was assisting a couple at the counter and when he asked them to fill out some paperwork and no one was speaking I felt it was appropriate to ask a quick question. "Excuse me sir, is there a FEDEX drop off box here?" He grabbed my FEDEX envelope from my hand and discarded it onto the floor. I looked where he threw the envelope and it was into a small pile of discarded package wrapping. The man then looked to the couple at the counter and said "sorry about the interruption." I was very surprised that my envelope was thrown and about his remark to the couple. I spoke up and said I was very sorry if I was rude for asking the question, stating I was just looking for a FEDEX mailbox. At this point he barely acknowledged my existence and left the envelope where he tossed it. I had little confidence that the envelope would reach it's destination and asked for it back. I was briefly consoled by another costumer who also seemed surprised by the confrontation. Overall the costumer service was disappointing, the store was untidy and disheveled, and my experience was slightly confrontational. I'm very surprised and disappointed; I recommend driving a little further in order to receive better treatment and service.

If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

Normally with this auction company i am able to print my own label and send it to the person and they ship it all on my dime. He didn't give me five seconds to even explain myself. I said "hold on a sec I'll get my computer and I'll tell you what i get concerning the price", he said "I really don't care what you get!" He said "I'll just give it back to the auction company and you can deal with them, You people just don't get it, we have rent to pay." He got agressive. I am African American and he called me 'You People' which is VERY racist and insensitive. I would never use this company if you have anything important to ship, lord knows what they'll do with your packages if they don't like you. He could have just as easily said "we don't except outside labels, that's our store policy" and given me the choice to pay what they charge or have it sent through a different service.
