One was a seasoned Lady and the other was a youthful fella! Both humans were fantastic!!! I didn't get their names because we were so busy chatting it up as they were helping with printing. I've stopped in here before, but didn't really have a good experience but this time customer service was amazing!!! Kuddos to these 2!!! Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!! Out of the way location however, I was in the area visiting someone so it was the prefect location, as far as, timing goes! Atmosphere - The store did not smell like pine or gingerbread or pumpkin. I feel like Hallmark stores usually spray some scent for the holidays or have so many scented products that their stores smell like a holiday item around the holidays. I am glad this store did not smell like that. No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. Usually the stores have holiday music blasting. Perhaps this is the lull between holidays as Thanksgiving is not yet here and usually holiday music comes after Thanksgiving. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. The store was pretty quiet. I liked the calm. Service - There was maybe one or two employees. The employee was a little quiet. The service here was quick. I'm not leaving my stuff on top of there for somebody else to pick up and steal. I'm 71 years old. I don't have the skill set to do this. He did all the other boxes in a matter of minutes and he wants me to do everything else which would probably take me over an hour to do because I'm not very quick on my feet. I don't see very well and he was so rude about it. I will take my business somewhere else and I will not be back here, especially if Ronan is working. He should be ashamed of himself if he treats me like this and I've known him since he was a baby I can't imagine what he does to other people. So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
