Sean, RJ and Sam at the racquet bar, which is the stringing crew over at the Tennis center provide amazing customization and suggestions. They genuinely want to help you and play your best game without being biased to any particular brands, etc. They will go above and beyond to provide customer service and they have proven it over and over again. Always happy to see these guys over here and don't be shy to ask for a stencil after stringing it's complementary!

A very nice tennis facility, now it also offers pickleball courts. The area is new and nicely planned, so is usta campus, which has five indoor courts at a near by building, a little walk from the main entrance/office. Plenty outdoor courts. We came down here for the NCAA tennis semi fichampionships. Only an hour in, rain came down. After the lunch, rain pouring down again. Apparently, they played again out door briefly during our lunch. But after, they decided to move indoor. The indoor courts has three tows of bleachers at one end, very limit space for spectators. NCAA limit the indoor to players, coaches and families. We went in anyway - we were perhaps the only one there. The condition of the courts are great. The ponds do add charms to the compound.

Excelente lugar , fácil parking . Muchas canchas, Clases, tienda , restaurantes . Para todas las edades

The USTA National Campus is a beautiful facility that offers dozens of hard and clay courts for tennis. Additionally they have pickle ball options for play as well. Reserving a court ahead of time is highly encouraged and set up very easily online. If you're a tennis fan, this is as good as it gets in Central FL!

I am a 5.0 (10 UTR) player and I reached out to Kim Desdunes, the Private Lesson Coordinator at the USTA National Campus and she was NO help at all. She didn't even return my last email where I had some more questions. My family drove out to Orlando for vacation and I was looking to setup some hitting sessions with a high level playing pro the last week of December 2020. She wrote back saying there were no pros available and that I was out of luck. I thought that was really strange that the USTA National headquarters had no pros like that available. I then responded and asked her if she could help setup some matches with local 5.0 (10 UTR) players and she said she can't help with that and didn't even refer me to anyone that could help. One of the main goals of the USTA is to promote and develop the growth of tennis which is part of their mission statement. Their primary headquarters for playing tennis couldn't even help a competitive player that was looking for help. I have been a USTA member for 30 plus years so this was really frustrating for me. Thanks for nothing Kim Desdunes. As for the campus itself, I did go visit it to walk around because that place is the tennis version of "Field of Dreams". It is absolutely a beautiful campus with tons of clay and hard courts that are in amazing condition. The section where ATP players train is blocked off which was very frustrating. I would have loved to watch some of those pros practice. When I was walking around checking out the courts, there were a few different pros giving lessons. I guess they weren't available for me Kim Desdunes? If the USTA National Campus had a more helpful Private Lesson Coordinator, this place would be one of my favorite places to visit in the US. I hope some of the management from the USTA main campus see this review so they can review this feedback with Kim so other players don't have to experience what I did.

I finally got to see the US Tennis Association's National Campus! Yes! ... They chose OUR beautiful city to build the great national tennis center with 100 courts, some smart courts that can help you improve your game, a few hard courts with special surfaces, but mostly just never-ending courts! The center's main entrance from the ample parking area, opens up to a large receptions area where everyone's super friendly, a racquet bar where you can restring your racquets and a pro shop right next to it for anything tennis you may have forgotten to bring. Coming out onto the tennis area you have a restaurant I understand is good and fairly priced, and closer to the courts there's a snack/sports drinks bar. The grounds are stunning, nice tropical landscaping and although you see courts on all sides, you can't imagine that you're actually seeing close to 100 (maybe more) courts; it doesn't feel overwhelming, it feels just right. Some courts have small seating areas for spectators, others just for players. Of course there are tons of courts with two stories high stadium seating for tournament matches. So if you're a ranked player, club player, beginner or child, there's something for everyone and at reasonable court fees, with available programs and lessons for any level any all tastes be it serious or social tennis. Actually it's just a pleasure to go out there and watch if you want. Although my visit was at this time of social distancing and I went on a very quiet day, I was happy to see that suggestions were posted prominently about ways to play with Covid safety in mind. I do have one hope and that is that they eventually shade some of the walkways and spectator areas - it gets hot, hot, hot out there, even with a lake in the middle of the grounds to hopefully allow a needed breeze.

TL;DR - If you're BIPOC, you're not welcomed This place has declined in quality over the last few years. It's also ridiculously overpriced with almost a 40% price increase to everything. 1 class is pretty much 2x as much as a 1 month gym membership. Adult Programs are a laughable joke. They're not structured or organized. You pay a premium for some instruction from some amateur professionals at best. "Lessons" come from Essential Tennis off YouTube, allegedly. It used to be a really enjoyable place. There are some nice folks that work here - a few tennis pros, racket bar and proshop staff, private lesson team and front desk staff. Unfortunately, after being a patron for 4 years, I had a traumatic experience with certain staff members here. I was discriminated against at this facility and it was pretty much facilitated and fostered by the Director of Tennis SG. The Sr. Director National Campus JW failed to resolve any valid concerns or issues and tried to defer me back to the former. If you're white, you shouldn't have any issues here. If you're BIPOC, you won't be welcomed by everyone so be careful.

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting the USTA's newest, national campus. The state-of-the-art facility boasts dozens of tennis courts, beautifully maintained grounds, and free parking. I've never been to this part of Orlando before; Lake Nona. The toll roads were racking up rather quickly, but once you get to the main campus, all troubles come to an end. Like I mentioned above, there's tons of free parking. Hell to the yeah, baby! The indoor area has men's and women's locker rooms, a "racquet bar" to repair damaged tennis racquets, a gift shop, and a dining hall. The dining hall has decent fare available for a decent price, which is more than you can ask for at a place like this. Check out that Cuban Panini I scarfed down. Not bad! For being in the center of Florida, I wish there were more covered areas for spectating. On Saturday, we were baking in the heat. I'm talking seriously outrageous temps here! However on Sunday, we watched from the covered viewing deck on the second floor, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. It was great to watch my girlfriend's mom compete in the women's tournament. This facility surely is a sight for sore eyes. I don't know when I'll be back, but overall we had a dandy time!

Just Wow!! If tennis is your thing then this is place is your tennis Mecca!!! The place is absolutely stunning, beautiful, clean, modern, and most of informative. My pics suck but let me tell you this place is the bees knees! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, if they don't know they will find out. The Campus is beautiful the classes are superb, the grill is good (as good as you can get), the views of the actual property and sight are fantastic. I definitely advice anyone who has even a slight tennis bug to visit and sign up. The only downside is occasionally you will hear and see airplanes as then MCO airport is a few miles always.

Nice facility. Matches started on time. Really like the single restroom facilities easily located throughout the complex. Easy viewing as a spectator.

    Clay court tennis

Really enjoyed my experience on the clay courts. Would recommend you download the CourtReserve app to manage your court times/sign up for programs. Awesome tennis and a great staff. Kim Desdunes set me up with private lessons and was very helpful/responsive. Great coaching staff!

I wasn't expecting much when I started playing 14 months ago. Surprisingly, in less than 10 months,…read moreI was able to advance from an absolute beginner to level 3.0. That wouldn't have been possible without Chase's coaching. He is encouraging, motivating, passionate, fun, and most importantly, he helped me expand my tennis social network! I have worked with three other coaches while he was unavailable for a few months. None of them was able to improve me as fast, not even close; nor to make me feel confident and want to play tennis every single day. What really amazed me was I often got compliments on how fast I improve when playing with friends right after his lesson. His teaching suits me well so I got speedy results! My 8-year-old son also started at the same time, but with other coaches. He was doing fine but did not benefit much the first few months. Ever since working with Chase, he has improved quickly within a few months. Chase makes him love tennis and he started to be able to play with me! We can't be happier to have the tennis fun together! I think a great coach is about trust. I have never doubted his coaching and am looking forward to seeing my full potential realized under his guidance. Anyone looking for a great coach, Chase has my unreserved recommendation!
