Court time is always free as long as you have the membership. We have never had issues getting a court yet, as there are many options available (mostly clay courts but also hard court and pickleball). The staff is friendly, the locker rooms and the rest of the premises are extremely clean. The only downside is that you cannot bring more than 6 balls or a hopper for practice. I feel like they have this rule so you will pay for their ball machine which is $15/pp/1 hour. Regardless, I am glad we joined and we no longer have to drive to random public courts crossing our fingers we get lucky!

And now he is just ignoring my emails. It seems this guy Bagnon is the only person there, so I can't even report his horrible behavior to anybody. bad, very bad that they don't honor the prizes they promised. UPDATE after Tennis-Orlando response: I've proven proved Steven Chagnon unprofessional behavior, because he's been rude (I see he has a history of complaints) and he hasn't honor the prizes he offered to us (players) in the league. But, I didn't know he is also a liar. He does NOT REFUNDED me at all. These are some excerpts (pearls) he wrote me in several emails before he just decided not to ship me the due prizes. EXCERPTS from his emails: "you won't be the first person to have it be a strike to their ego because the results dictate they need to prove it again" "I have enough drama, the results state it's the right move. But you can be a dick and I'll let you into Elite" After last email, I decided not to play the league anymore, he didn't expelled me from the league, I DID because he INSULTED me as it is stated in the excerpts above. He still offered me to play (it is in the excerpt too), but I said NO again. I just asked for the prize he owed me, and since then he just decided to ignore me and not to ship the prize that I won in the courts. I have all the emails to prove he is rude, a liar and not giving players the prizes they promise. Steven Chagnon handles everything in the league, so it is nobody else to talk or complain to.

Otherwise, it seems like a nice park with plenty of parking, some covered pavilions, tennis course and fields for sports. It also does have a little bit of a nice lake view so that could be awesome for relaxing and/or bird watching. I have not had the opportunity to interact with any staff or make any reservations, if needed, so I can't speak to that.

I cancelled my membership in person on February 1, 2026, and what happened afterward has been…read moreextremely frustrating and concerning. When I cancelled, I spoke with Mark Vassallo, who told me I would be charged for February and could use the gym through the end of the month or roughly early March. I accepted that and considered the matter resolved. For context, the last time I actually used the gym was January 19, and when I cancelled I had no intention of using the facility again. However, after cancelling I was still charged multiple times: * $148.04 on February 3 for membership dues * Another fee on February 17 * Another $148.04 membership charge on March 3 That March 3 charge should never have happened, and I am currently disputing it. Even more troubling, when I went back to the gym to address this issue I was given a "cancellation document" that I had never seen before. On February 1 I did not sign any documents and was not given any paperwork. The document I received later contains a signature that is supposed to be mine, but it is clearly not my signature. It appears that my signature was forged on the document, and the other signature on that form belongs to Mark Vassallo, the same employee I dealt with. When I asked Mark for his business card so I could document the interaction, he refused to provide it. Because of this situation I have now filed formal complaints with: * Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (Consumer Protection) * Florida Attorney General's Office * Federal Trade Commission I have also disputed the March 3 charge with my credit card company. While researching this issue, I noticed that many other reviews mention similar billing and cancellation problems, which suggests this may be a pattern. Beyond the billing issues, the overall environment at the gym was also disappointing. Many members and trainers frequently stand around talking while blocking machines and even exits, and I've seen kids running around the weights area, which is unsafe when people are lifting. Between the billing practices, the forged cancellation document, and the poor gym etiquette, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a fitness club. I strongly recommend that management address these issues immediately.
