I was so nervous because I never really rode a lot and the last time I did was 15-20 years ago! It was a good warm up, open wide trail. I remembered how to do it I guess, like riding a bike! The ride was all up from there! The MOST beautiful mountains, snow, trees, terrain I've ever seen! No picture comes close to doing any area any justice!! At times we were on groomed trails and next would be an open powder fields. Twice during our 3 hr tour our guid told us our boundaries and set us loose! Picking it up, the RZR was filthy and so was the trailer. They told us they always get returned dirty so they just don't bother washing them. As a RZR owner I totally get it not being super clean, but we had to take it to get washed because there was so much mud that sitting in it would have been impossible. The trailer it came on didn't have working brake lights or a working crank. The RZR itself was a nightmare! The engine light was on (they told us not to worry about it), it made terrible clicking sounds, and if you tried to go fast, it felt and sounded like it was going to break down. The alignment was off, and it sounded like riding the White Rollercoaster at Lagoon. I am honestly surprised that it ran. We had other friends that rented RZRs from different places and nobody else had any problem- just us with the one we rented. Yesterday we had a friend text us because they rented a RZR from this place and don't think it's going to even run, it's a total piece of garbage, and asked if they can borrow ours since their vacation plans may be ruined now. I do not recommend using this place- they do not care about the condition of the vehicles. As a rental place, the condition of your vehicles could mean the safety of your clients.

They were rough and beat up but we were going to do 1 day of mellow trail riding with family from out of town. So i didn't care as long as we could do the 45 mile loop. 500 yards off the truck the 1st one died. It was a fouled plug. I cleaned them best I could and still it wouldn't run right. Luckily Daniels summit had a cancelation and I was able to rent a sled. ( they were out when I called to reserve the first time) 10 miles down the trail the primary chain broke. It broke the caliper mount. Sled was dead. We spent the rest of the ride towing it back to the truck. I am a mechanic. I understand stuff breaks. It was a real bummer and a bit of a stresser as I was the tour guide for my out of town family. Kelly (the owner) was really upset that for a "1 day rental" he has 2 dead sleds. Not once did he apologize that we had to deal with his boat anchors. I explained what happened, he told me the one sled was fine, the other was gonna cast him $2000 to fix. ( that's high but it was gonna cost to fix it) None of which was my fault. When asked about a discount he got angry. At one point almost violent. Needless to say he didn't give me my money we exchanged expletive's and I thought it may turn into a fight so I got in my truck and left. Luckily it was $300 I hope it cost him 10 times that to fix his sleds. I never leave reviews. I run a business and would never treat anyone like this. Do yourself a favor and rent from anyone else. Also wish I would have found his reviews because clearly this is the norm for this class A A$$hole.
