Potties, benches, covered picnic tables on site. Provo River is flowing behind them.

We weren't 100% sure if we'd feel up to rafting down the Provo River. So I didn't plan ahead. There's another company that I was looking at, but when we finally decided to pull the trigger and book (the night before), I went to their website, and they wouldn't allow me to book online. I figured it wasn't meant to be. But then we took a drive to Heber, and I saw a big sign for High Country Adventure. Looked up their site, called to see what our options were. No problem! Book on the site! So we did. It was great. Checkin went fine. Getting life jackets went smooth. Loading on the bus and getting up to the drop off point was a breeze. Waited for our raft and guide to hail us, then we loaded up and headed down River. Nice and relaxing ride down. After the fact, I looked up reviews. I can imagine any of the poor reviews happening since all the staff seem young. Luckily for us, everyone was fine the day we went. (I've been to plenty of other places in the area that have terrible customer service from high school/young peeps, lol!) Our guide was fantastic. The rest of our group was with another guide that they raved about. I've floated the River years before when we rented tubes from BYU. It was such a pain to haul them to the river, have two people drive a car down river, and then everyone load up and drive up river. High Country Adventure makes it super easy and convenient to get to and on the River. Glad we found them! We've already recommended them to friends, and will be back!

Rafter down the Weber River yesterday with our guide, Matt. He was personable, made us feel comfortable and confident in the rafting experience. We enjoyed our afternoon quite a bit. Would recommend this, especially for families with young kids (had our 5 year old with us) or older adults (also had 75 year old mom with us).

This is a total blast especially with a bunch of friends. The water is cold but it's fine when the weather is warm. We do it every year at least 1 or 2 times a summer. Very well organized and the equipment is in good shape. I like the new double tubes they have this season. Highly recommend this activity.

We had a great time! It was a hot day and the river very mellow - we had a leisurely float downstream. Our guide was Emma and she was awesome! We will definitely do this again and will request Emma as our guide!

I had the absolute best time kayaking on this beautiful May Day. I had an amazing guide take me down the River that made everything even more enjoyable! Thank you Tyson! Loved everything about this place and the people who run it! If you are in the Provo/ Salt Lake area go check this River Company out!!

Chaos. That's how I would explain the check in process and beginning of this journey. They are very busy. Parking is kind of confusing. They don't help you get fitted properly for a life jacket. This review was for the float down the Provo. All that being said it is a very nice float. We took a guided trip but really probably not necessary. The only reason I would not want to do self guided and take tubes is it is freakin cold water ! Saw fish, birds, horses, cows and fly fisherman. Audrey was our guide and was very sweet. Call and pay over the phone for reservations bc they charge an extra 3% I think, to book your self online

First time rafting. Took the guided tour with "Red Beard" Logan. He was THE BEST! Highly recommend if you want to have a stress free, fun ride and take in the beautiful scenery. Thank you Logan we'll be back!

Took a guided raft trip with Logan (red beard) and we had a blast. He made our trip more enjoyable and highly recommend him. PS thanks for the burger recommendation as well Logan.

I'm a physician and love taking my office staff to do fun things in an attempt to be "the cool boss" . We chose to do a river run with High Country and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! I joke with my staff about "team building exercises" because they are often so cheesy, but working together as a team to avoid obstacles and try to hit the fastest currents actually turned out to have that exact, unexpected, benefit! The staff at High Country were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The rapids are mellow and good for all ages and the scenery is stunning. Prices were certainly reasonable for the service that you receive. I would absolutely recommend an office, friends or family excursion with the High Country family!

Great rafting trip, and our guide knew the history of the area, and the wildlife, and made our trip a blast.

What a great experience. Friendly caring staff and tubing in a pristine, beautiful environment. The water is really cold but on a sunny clear day it was refreshing. We were on a family vacation and this experience was one of the highlights of visiting Utah. The duration of the river tubing is around 1.5 hours. Photo moments everywhere you look from the lush landscape to the snow topped mountains. We were wowed!

High Country adventure was very convenient and easy to book with. They were also very understanding when we had to cancel and reschedule, due to our little one getting sick, and us not being able to go for our initial booked date. They told me to reach out when things were cleared up, and I did just that, and they got us booked no problem. My husband and I had a great time floating the River, and the whole set up made things super easy and stress free. I'm definitely glad we went through High Country Adventure, for our first Provo River Float.

What a great time with excellent service. The best $30 bucks you can spend kayaking down the Provo river.

From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel completely welcomed. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their horses and the beautiful area they work in.
