I have been a client of Holladay Vet for the lifetime of two beloved pets, despite their higher…read morecost, because I felt that their service was good and they had helped thoughtfully throughout the years. I found a dog on the side of the road and rescued him to foster him. I went in to get him checked out so that I could know about any health problems before he was adopted to his forever home, and to get him some immunizations just in case he was behind. During this appt they signed me up for a Paw Plan, stating that would be the cheapest option and not mentioning that it would be several hundred dollars when I canceled the plan at his adoption. So here we are, I have spoken to their billing department (Quentin who was rude and aggressive from the beginning) and their manager (Brittney who spoke to me with a complete lack of empathy and told me it wasn't her job to explain to me why we couldn't come to a compromise over +-$100), neither of whom has been able to explain to me why I should be paying hundreds of dollars for an adopted dog to get two immunizations when I could have gone any number of other places for immunizations that would have costed me less than the Paw Plan payments. They were rude and completely uninterested in a compromised cost, and they have absolutely lost my business forever. Don't expect for any longevity of a perfect client who has paid tens of thousands of dollars over the years, to get you any special consideration. Just a small amount of compromise would have left me feeling better about the interaction and about Holladay Vet in general. I would STRONGLY suggest that Holladay Vet invest in some customer service with their billing. The vet techs and people working at the desk clearly have some; it would be a good idea to clean up the back half so that people like myself don't feel so betrayed and taken advantage of. I would suggest going to ANY other vet clinic in town.

I called to make an appointment, and was told to do so online, which I did. When I arrived at the…read moreclinic for my scheduled appointment time, it seemed to be Standard Operating Procedure to gaslight me every which way possible rather than simply admitting their online system had failed. If you insist on only using an online booking system, it is not a responsible business practice to have no way of accommodating your customers when it glitches, other than telling people they will have to come back in a week.

When have I ever not paid my bill in full at the time of service? Apparently you DO NOT appreciate your loyal customers. I made an appointment for my sick kitty and you now find it necessary to DEMAND a deposit? Why? I do not appreciate the woman's threatening manner, tone or demeanor. I will not be bullied. Do you treat all your customers so disrespectfully? I confirmed my appointment when I received call from you on May 28th. This inarticulate woman's repeated and harassing phone calls DEMANDING a deposit is absolutely ridiculous. Do you really need to treat customers like children? You are not the only vet in town. You are no longer my vet. And just a bit of information for you, I just made an appointment with Hunter Animal Hospital for Tuesday the 3rd. For all three of my cats. Money you lost. I am their new client and they did NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. I am also going to tell my son and my sister to stop taking all their pets to your business and go to Hunter Animal Hospital or any other vet for that matter. Good riddance to your business
