I spoke with store manager Tyler Oman, to make sure it was going to arrive safely. He responded by telling me he packed it personally...... ( mainly due to he has no one else to do it, according to him) So it shows up, destroyed. Just the amp tossed into a flimsy, thin, oversized box, with a handfull or bubble wrap thrown in all will-nilly. No labels on the outside saying "FRAGILE" or something similar. I've had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this store, and unfortunately, the customer service…read morehas really turned me away. The first time, we bought some drumsticks, and when I declined to donate to the charity at checkout, the employee started questioning why I wouldn't donate and made me feel guilty about saying no. I thought it was unnecessary and uncomfortable, but I brushed it off. Most recently, I was playing one of the pianos and didn't realize the store was closing in about 20 minutes. I had only been playing for around 10 minutes. Instead of simply letting me know that the store would be closing soon, the employees shut off the power in the piano area while I was still sitting there. At first, I genuinely thought the power had gone out, until I noticed the employees looking at me. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was actually planning on purchasing something that day, but after that experience, I decided not to. From now on, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Everything is overpriced anyways. Overall, some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Every time I'm here, I feel like I'm being judged rather than welcomed as a customer.

Dave Despain was so helpful and found us a great deal on a used organ of a friend that was listed on Facebook Marketplace. They are not a school, but rather a place where your student can put into practice the skills they are learning elsewhere. However, they will still learn a ton from the hands-on experience! My middle school student has been participating in one of the bands for several months and has found the group to be highly supportive and is gaining confidence in his performing ability. As a non-musical person, I enjoy coming to the shows to support the bands. They are all very good and I'm surprised at the talent and skills of such young people.
