I have to say this was such a fun time!! They know how to entertain you!! The food is honestly the plus!!! I got to do a taste off with them last night and it was so relaxing to hang out with my friends and have the night planned, all I got to do was eat, score and play!! If your looking into going to an event or planning a personal party, you will not be disappointed!! They had scoresheets for us to jot down notes and scores and when we were done we scan a code and insert numbers and things are all tallied on their end. So easy!! Didn't wait around for hours for the winner! Announced winner and we were gone! Can't wait to go to my next UTAH TASTE OFF with my friends!!

Went to the Donut Taste Off for a Girls Night out and it was the perfect activity for us ladies. We loved the carb overload! Having a soda bar there was also an extra treat! #sugarrush! The owners, Kristy and Lacey, are legit, exceptional party planners and do not hold back when it comes to throwing an exceptional party! They had a plethora of raffle prizes (and I somehow won one!), a cute photo booth, AND photo op stage with signs and remarkable decor. It was so colorful and bright in every corner of the room, oh and that balloon chandelier was darling! The unlimited mixed sodas felt like I could be a kid once again and can't forget about the donuts! **insert drool face** Each donut was beautiful and tasteful, it was impossible to pick one winner. I believe they were all winners (miss congeniality pun..). It would've been easier to vote for just one of every donut submitted was the same type of donut (i.e. glazed). On the other hand, it was way more enjoyable to eat a wide range of donuts with a room full of creativity and pizazz. I can't wait to go to another taste off.

Our new favorite date night activity, or group gathering because, let's be honest, Utah Taste Off always has enough treats to split between four people. Such an ingenious idea; the taste off kits never disappoint!

The restaurant is beautiful with fancy light up menus which is needed because it's pretty dark inside. I ordered the beef ribs and my husband ordered the picanha. Both came out extremely tough and chewy. My daughter had to spit out her bite because she got tired of chewing so we had to cut each piece into 1/2 cm pieces for it to be palatable. I've been to Brazilian steak houses before and beef ribs are usually the most tender and flavorful especially when there is bone. The server did say it was going to on the chewy side but I didn't think he was serious. Like why would you make meat intentionally chewy? For a $50 dish that came with no sides and worse than what we've made at home it's pretty disappointing. We also ordered a side of the grilled veggies which had some veggies that were so bitter and others that were undercooked and no seasoning. The purple yams were decent and the coquettes but again the pricing for each was exorbitant. Also because they have a somewhat open kitchen style concept the dining room got extremely hot and we were just dying to get out quickly. For two entrees, two sides, one app, a bottle of water and glass of wine a bill of $225 was not worth it. Sadly not a great experience.

The Baby Blue classes are 30 minutes long, which is the perfect amount of time for little ones with short attention spans. The classes are structured and follow a consistent curriculum each week, which I personally really appreciate since at this age, consistency truly is key to learning and building confidence. Over the past year, we've had three different instructors, and every single one has been fantastic. They are attentive, patient, and genuinely fun. Our child has had moments where he's cried or struggled during class, and we've never once been made to feel guilty or uncomfortable about normal toddler emotions. Instead, the instructors handle it with so much understanding and encouragement. We genuinely love being part of this program and can't recommend it enough to other families looking for a positive, supportive, and well-run swim school.

We ended up at 3 unique and delicious stops I wouldn't have normally thought to try, and each was wonderful! At Antica Roma, I enjoyed Mushroom ravioli with truffle. So smooth... Pleiku Vietnamese introduced me to a fabulous Chicken basil. It had a bit of a kick and I worked around the onions and peppers but the chicken was to die for! Had a subtle crisp the was great! At Himalayan kitchen I got to sample several Indian bites: Coconut veggie curry, chicken tika masala and lamb curry with naan bread. All great but the chicken tika is unforgettable and the yogurt sauce for the naan so fresh and tasty! I enjoyed hearing Mo share our local history but even more than that, I loved learning about the lives the man changes thru his other businesses! Check out his mission at The Other Side where he works to support mental health and substance abuse recovery and works to rehabilitate those wanting to change their lives. He shares how many in his programs find their way thru addiction, homelessness and the legal system and change their lives thru The Other Side Academy (https://www.theothersideacademy.com/). Really cool to hear how communities have come together to support this mission. So glad I found myself to this tour and to have learned Mo's story. Definitely recommend this food tour. He was easy to reach, very easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free as we planned our trip. Not only was each course delicious, it was beautifully presented and paired with a wonderful explanation of the ingredients and preparation techniques. Chef Noah arrived right on schedule, was very professional, left the kitchen spotless when he left, and made us all feel very special. All of our family said the meal was one of the highlights of a truly magical vacation. Additionally, we pre-ordered and had Chef Noah prepare two large pots of soup for us to enjoy the following days after skiing. They too were absolutely delicious. The greatest endorsement I can give is that our 2-year-old granddaughter who never eats carrots or chicken devoured a whole bowl of Chef Noah's chicken noodle soup! The beef stew was equally as tremendous. Thanks Chef Noah for making a family memory that will last a lifetime!

Responsive, creative and a pure pleasure to work with. He makes it happen with a smile!

Turns out I was totally wrong to worry. Reservations are recommended. It's not the usual ski resort cafeteria. It's a classy sit-down place. You can even take off your ski boots and change into slippers. Made me feel pampered, like I was at a health spa or something. I was able to get some vegan carrot soup, which meant that it had been thickened with coconut cream instead of gluten-rich roux. Score! I didn't think I had the appetite to eat an entire salad, so I scanned the menu and decided that a plain chicken breast would be my protein for the meal. The rest of our group had sandwiches, salads and pasta. The menu seems to be mainly American/European, with very nice vegetarian and vegan options. I'd welcome a chance to go back there any time. It certainly wasn't a quick lunch, but it gave us all a chance to rest well before we headed back out into the whiteout conditions to conquer some waist-high moguls for the rest of the afternoon.
