Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We ordered a bison burger with fries, pulled pork poutine, and blue corn nachos. The fries were limp and cold. The nachos arrived with regular corn chips instead of blue corn and were also cold. The pulled pork poutine was cold as well, and the burger was overly salty. What made the experience worse was the lack of service. We waited about 30 minutes without being checked on while the manager appeared to visit other tables. After flagging down a server, it took additional time before we were assisted. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, but this visit fell well below expectations -- especially given the price point and past experiences. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the location and atmosphere have always been a draw.

The food was fantastic, made with care, and far above what you usually find in a mountain lodge setting. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and seemed to take real pride in the place. The dining room and bar have a rustic charm that feels authentic rather than staged, which adds to the overall atmosphere. A memorable stop and absolutely worth returning to.

For appetizers, the roasted cauliflower and Caesar salad were very flavorful and delicious, and sized to share among four of us. Although we considered several entrees, we all selected the king salmon and it was wonderful. Served with orzo, a pea puree, and tempura asparagus, we all loved it. Couldn't resist dessert: the homemade Vietnamese coffee ice cream and the olive oil cake plus a latte. All wonderful. The only downsides were: the noise level; the space is small and we almost couldn't hear our table conversation as the dining area filled up, and the fact that they temporarily have no liquor license (in June 2026), so no wine or adult beverages were available. Another reason to go back, though! We're looking forward to trying their brunch, too.

For mains I got the pappardelle and my date got the glazed salmon. I really liked my pappardelle, the salmon was pretty good too. Note on atmosphere: probably just a bad day, we showed up right when they opened for dinner at 5, were the only ones there, and man we were molested my flies for all of the dinner. I normally don't mind but it was very annoying. It's not going to stop me from coming back or rating them highly.

But wow, this dish was out of this world. Braised lamb is then crisped on a grill, served over a bed of roasted vegetables with a crème sauce. One of the best things I've ever eaten. Also ordered the sourdough, again so good - crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. Started with a martini (they have my favorite - Belvedere, A+ for that) which was perfect, and a glass of wine which I enjoyed. For dessert we loved the Olive oil cake. The dark chocolate terrine got mixed reviews, but most of us don't like hazelnut so wrong thing to order. Waiter was nice. When is SLC this is a must!

So really looking for guidance, I asked the server for vegetarian recommendations and then she came back that they had just gotten some lion's mane mushroom in and the chef could create a dish just for me also including rice and peppers. In fact, we saw him walk by our table with his hands full of said ingredients. I love that the feature local and seasonal ingredients and really showed off their scratch made capabilities by creating a unique dish on the fly. My favorite item was the mushroom toast!

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($20) with a side of turkey chili, and it was excellent. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the chili was hearty and tasted homemade. The portions were very generous, and from what I saw around the table, that seemed to be the case with all the dishes. We also shared an order of nachos ($12), which was plenty big enough for several people. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of the visit. The décor has a unique brewery and industrial vibe with lots of character, making it a fun place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, and our server did a great job keeping up with a large group. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the prices are a little on the high side, and the automatic 22% large-party gratuity can make the bill climb quickly. That said, the quality of the food, generous portions, and great atmosphere made it a worthwhile stop. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the Lehi area and would happily order that pulled pork sandwich again.

Our food was out quickly & she always made sure our drinks were full. The food was okay. I had higher expectations but my tacos and rice were cold when served to me. The steak tacos were wonderful. Steak definitely seemed to be their specialty. The salmon taco was dry. The chicken taco had more flavor but wasn't my favorite. It tasted like crockpot chicken marinated in salsa- nothing special. I loved that they let me sample all three tacos though. I wish there was more aioli on the tacos! My husband got a bacon burger and that was phenomenal. Everything was seasoned very well. Would definitely get a burger next time.

Our table of 3 opted for a few shareable and soup and it did not disappoint. We left full and packed leftovers ! BlackBerry mocktail was refreshing and a great option Cauliflower app (5/5) a huge portion, great crunch and perfect cauliflower to batter ratio. It was decently spicy without being overpowering and a fantastic very shareable option. We had 3 adults and still had about half left. Ginger carrot soup (4/5) was yummy but leaned a bit more pumpkin vine than carrot. Gnocchi starter (3/5) great consistency, but a bit too oily at least mine was and there wasn't much taste unless you snagged a bit of the meat with it Chicken lollipops (5/5) great taste and anther substantial share option.
