But she was very professional and showed me right to the changing room. Once she finished taking measurements, she told me my dresses would be done in 1 week. So we made an appointment for exactly 1 week later, I signed the form, and she gave me the price quote. Fast forward exactly 1 week later, I arrived and my dresses were not done. In fact, there was someone else there and Yurma had forgotten about my appointment entirely. So she told me she would finish the dresses by the end of the day and call me when they were ready. Two days went by and I never received a call. So I called Yurma and she said I could come the next day they would be ready. Fortunately, my dresses were ready when I arrived but I was slightly surprised that she didn't offer some kind of discount or even an apology for being 3 days late. Saeid runs a busy shop, but is able to accommodate you if you're not asking for the universe. In my case, I needed one suit pants altered. Set me back about $75.00 - not the cheapest, but I'm willing to pay this for premium work. He had the pants completed in one week even though it would have normally taken him a little longer due to the volume of work. What I really appreciated about him was that he took the time to be human, and show interest in you. I specifically appreciated how he not only knew my name, but others who walked into his store. Great touch of customer service and shows me he has loyal customers for a reason - he's that good. After handling my pants, I was curious about some of the material in his shop. He took time to show me the low-end material vs high-end material - something I didn't realize. I now know which suit jacket lining is cheap, and which is expensive. Thanks for the education! He also explained that he can custom make suits for any occasion. I love suits too much, and I just might have to take him up on the offer in the future. All in all, great experience and happy to find Saeid. Will be using him in the future as long as I'm in SLC.

Lovely newly renovated Laundry Mat here in the heart of Magna…read more Washing machines and dryers are VERY large and hold A LOT of clothing. Each Washing Machine starts at $8.00 each and some hold up to 4 smaller laundry~basket loads. We used the 4 loads washing machine and used two of them because we had A LOT of laundry to wash. Each Dryer is Free on Tuesday through Thursday and some are bigger than others but the biggest dryer can hold up to 4 loads or more of laundry depending upon what it is. They have one public bathroom which the staff attendant needs to let you in. They also have 2 vending machines ~ one is sodas and the other is treats and laundry detergent etc. . . They have a machine to get change for the laundry machines, and in the office they have other laundry items to purchase. The attendant that was there the evening we were there, is an adorable & kind lady who was always asking if we needed help which was really nice of her. If you would like to see what the washing center looks like please take a look at the attached pictures. Yes the laundry mat has air conditioners. Seating looks like the chairs used at the old airport.

I have also used their premium service to preserve my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. While nervous about entrusting this precious dress to anybody, they assured me it would be well taken care of. They informed me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to complete. About a month after I dropped it off I received a text saying it was ready. The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible. Staff are always smiling and friendly. I can highly recommend this business.
