You can also bring in a guest free daily and have access to the massage chairs, hydro massage, and tanning. They also have 50% off on selected drinks such as energy drinks and electrolytes. To obtain a membership, it is easy to sign up online on their website and download the Planet Fitness app. With the app, you have access to check in with your smartphone and track your workouts. Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. They also have a 30-minute full body workout center here as well with instructions to perform the task. Overall, this location is brand new with new equipment. The staff does a great job keeping this place clean and provides top-notch service. There are many disposable napkins with sanitizer spray located throughout the gym. They are open 24 hours a day, providing service 7 days a week for your flexibility and scheduling in your busy life to never have an excuse to get a workout in.

I have higher expectations from the YMCA, but now I know they will never meet the needs of my family. I am being told to reach out to the Chief Operations Officer in order to cancel my membership--to cancel a membership! Otherwise I am on the hook for over $500 of services I will never use. I'm used to compromises, guests being accommodated, and moving forward in positive directions. Clearly, my standards are too high and this YMCA will never reach them. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.
