The employee totally disregard managers' orders, managers blame everything on online and claim their hands are tied, calling online, they will tell you send you back to the store or tell you the item has been discontinued after weeks of misleading you and even causing you to lose money/holding cost on your property etc.. Suddenly, an item with estimated delivery of 3 days becomes 6 weeks if not eternity and it's mostly because this store makes everything so bad when the items arrive, they either misplace it or send it back to manufacturer even though you have an open case with the managers. sorry there's so much to complain about this store I'm having a hard time being coherent

Excellent prices for an outstanding arrangement. I don't have a photo because it was delivered for a wake, but when I arrived I was shocked to see which arrangement was mine. Due to the price I thought it was going to be on the small side, but on the contrary, it was a huge and absolutely beautiful arrangement that I'm very happy with. Without a photo, I'll have to ask that you just believe me when I say it was colorful, but calm for sympathy. The best I could have ever asked for. My 3rd review for this florist just because of how happy and satisfied I am left every time.
