He replaced multiple parts, and shortly after, my oven still would not hold a temperature. I called him, and he said he would get back to me once he had an idea of what the issue might be. I reached out a second time, spoke with him again, and he said he would get back to me. He never did. I reached out a third time and spoke with his secretary; she said he would get back to me, but he never did. This incident happened right before Thanksgiving. We gave him grace because of the holidays and hoped he would make it right, but he never did. Today, we have never heard back from him, and we would have been better off taking that money and purchasing a new stove. We were just trying to support local businesses.
