This service we received from Enright Heating and Cooling was, and I am not being even slightly…read morehyperbolic, the absolute best service we have ever received from any company for the many, many household services needed throughout the years, bar none. It was actually perfect. We finally got to the dreaded end of life for both our furnace and air conditioner and right during the busiest time for all companies, midsummer and right after two rounds of very damaging storms. We got a quote from the company we had been using and that quote wasn't necessarily gross outside of reasonable but we felt that with such a high investment we should get at least one more quote. We called Enright, who handled the quote and all of our questions immediately. They were less expensive than our previous quote, had a much better warranty and better financing. They are also clearly competent. The owner, out of mercy on our souls after the storms came to see our broken system first and we didn't hear him at the door and he had to leave. We felt horrible. He is busy! He treated us with such grace. The company is family owned and operated and works around the clock and are very accessible. The installers came right on time, were extremely polite and conscientious the entire time and finished their quality work ahead of time. They were clean, well organized and cheerful. Do not hesitate to use this company. I really don't see how their service can be beat.

One is often skeptical when needing to reach out to someone they haven't used before. At 2 above…read morezero I needed help. I was looking for someone that was local, could be trusted and was fair. After reading about Edwards, I called and left a message. Within the hour I was called back and we arranged a time. As the time approached, I received a text they were going to be 15 minutes late. When they arrived at that time, they went straight to the furnace and got busy troubleshooting. I watched them work and was impressed with the systematic way they used to zoom in on the problem. When it was determined what component failed, they had one in the truck. Before replacing the component, they looked for the reason why the component failed. They found a restriction/blockage. Upon clearing the problem, they fired up the furnace and it ran as it should. The component didn't need replacing. I gladly paid the fair price I was charged. I feel I was treated fair and honest and will call on them anytime I need my furnace/ac fixed. Thanks!

In May of 2023 I called out because my AC unit was not working. He came out here and tested and assured me that the coil in line was fine. I needed to replace my outside unit I paid him to do that 2 months later it was out of freon, and then he charged me again to replace the freon. By the end of summer he had to come back out again because it wasn't working and told me that the coil in line was bad. Then he told me he was laid up and could not do the work. I called back in the spring and the secretary assured me that they would take care of the problem. He came back out may of this year took one look at my crawl space and basically told me to go pound sand I have to find somebody else to do the job. So in conclusion he sold me a unit that I did not need and then would not complete the job from my experiences. I would not recommend these folks for anybody out of a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a negative 10 Also, my original unit was only 6 years old and of course he took that.

Used an AI assistant to do a cross-comparison of all the local companies who do this sort of work, (price, service, reviews, integrity, friendliness, timeliness, etc) and Mann Made was the #1 recommended. Called them from the road on my way driving home from vacation and explained the situation, and they made arrangements to meet me at my house less than 3 hours after I arrived home. Gino, their well pump specialist, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Ultimately I ended up needing a new well pump (really can't complain- turns out it was the original one from when the house was built 32 years ago!) and I got an incredibly reasonable price and a crew of sweet, fun, kind, and professional guys who showed up 36 hours later to install the new pump. Gino, Kyle and Gavin were SO fast, did seamless work, and honestly, this was the best possible experience I could have hoped for.
