Terrible experience with getting our lot graded and then sod on our new home. Was a train wreck…read morefrom the beginning. They quoted incorrectly and then added a charge for more dirt the day before work to be done and even that amount was inadequate to get the job done correctly. The grade is terrible. They then rushed to get the sod down after it sat in hot sun ALL day. Placement of sod was terrible. Did not lay close enough-gaps all over which allows for weeds to breed. When we tried to tell them, we got attitude. They failed to bring enough sod so had to return the next day. They never applied any vegetation killer or weed prevention at all in order to prep the dirt for a healthy groundwork for sod to thrive in. When asked about that we were told it was not necessary. The end result is a front yard and a back yard TAKEN OVER by crabgrass and various other types of weeds. We have had 3 different lawn care companies out to assess and advise. Since it is a new lawn we cannot do anything to eradicate the lawn infested with WEEDS EVERYWHERE except to wait till early spring since the root system is too new. Our yard looks terrible. We pull crabgrass day in and day out. Think twice.

They put on the hazmat suits I provided and got that basement into a phenomenal condition. This was a dirty job and was rejected by other cleaning services we had contacted.
