I Had to hound him to finish the 6K job that was paid in full. When he did finally show up, He cut a large hole in our roof in the incorrect spot, He then cut another hole and didnt tell us he made another hole in error. The roof was brand new! It started pouring rain (Should have known something was wrong by how quick he left) flooding the attic and leaking onto the other floors ruining the brand new drywall that was installed on the second and first floor ceilings. He promised to submit the damages to his insurance co. to reimburse us for damages. He never paid for damages! He doesnt have a licence or insurance! He cost us thousands in damages! Dont trust him! He gives real Veterans a bad name!

My water heater went out. The company that "diagnosed" the problem charged me $99 and said that…read morethis did not include the cost to replace it. The company then quoted me $2200 as the cost to replace it and reiterated that this did not include the $99 that they already charged me. So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. He came in.. with the water heater... replaced it... and went on his way. Other companies, that followed directions, also came in higher than $2000. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Jason and Lakeland! In May of 2023 I called out because my AC unit was not working. He came out here and tested and assured me that the coil in line was fine. I needed to replace my outside unit I paid him to do that 2 months later it was out of freon, and then he charged me again to replace the freon. By the end of summer he had to come back out again because it wasn't working and told me that the coil in line was bad. Then he told me he was laid up and could not do the work. I called back in the spring and the secretary assured me that they would take care of the problem. He came back out may of this year took one look at my crawl space and basically told me to go pound sand I have to find somebody else to do the job. So in conclusion he sold me a unit that I did not need and then would not complete the job from my experiences. I would not recommend these folks for anybody out of a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a negative 10 Also, my original unit was only 6 years old and of course he took that.

Harmonic Heating and Air Conditioning is the BEST!!! Our AC…read moredied and after another company told us that our unit could not be repaired and had to be replaced ($6,000), we contacted Harmonic for a second opinion. Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!
