I've been to many herbal relaxing hair wash places, and this one checks all the boxes--relaxing, affordable, clean, bright, and with great service. There are multiple combos ranging from 40 minutes to 125 minutes. We chose the 80-minute option, and it was worth every cent. They have private rooms with soothing music playing in the background, and the entire store smells amazing (which is a plus, as I've been to places that smelled like chemicals). Another great thing is that they don't try to sell you products unless you ask about them. The staff is very friendly and walks you through each step of the process. Very much enjoyed my treatment here. While you are waiting for the service to start there is an assortment of candy and water bottles. I didn't see the tea when we were here. It smells like aromatherapy as soon as you walk in - I think because they use their preferred natural Vietnamese and Thai brands. They are new to the area and I think they will do quite well since they care about the customers experience. I had Jessica and she asked me about the pressure and she had very strong and firm technique - right up my alley. She shared afterwards that she is trainer for the other masseuse so that made sense to me. Get ready for some unique moves! Note that when you call to make an appointment, you will likely speak to Jessica, the owner, but she will not be the employee to work on you. Make sure you are clear with Jessica on what you are looking for and get the details on the packages and prices ahead of time because the employees may not speak English so it'd be hard to sort things out later. 5/5 Stars for the Headspa experience. I was lucky enough to get an appointment in on the same day. Just landed and wanted to relax and the Headspa experience here was top notch. I had never had one before so I didn't know what to expect but it was soooooo relaxing. The price was really reasonable and so many things were done - the shampoo/conditioning, the massage, the little scratches or touches, everything was great. 2/5 Stars for the Mani/Pedi experience. I feel bad because the employee (Duyen) was super nice but she messed up quite a few things with my Mani/Pedi. Due to a language barrier that I discovered during my Headspa experience, I gave up communicating to her my needs for the Mani/Pedi and just decided to trust in the process. She gave me a very basic Pedi and she really hurt me during the Mani when she was cutting my nails and doing my cuticles. I was in an uncomfortable position for the mani/Pedi because it's just a chair in the backroom and she put a stand to put my foot on. Because she had cut into my skin on multiple fingers, my fingers were stinging every time she used acetone to clean my nails. You could tell nails were not her strong suite because she would get it on the sides of my nails and then have to go in and clean the polish off with a paintbrush with acetone on every nail. This made the process really long and it hurt a lot. Then, when it was time to pay, she was going to charge me for an upgraded Pedi and I told her no and she had to call her boss to explain. I was annoyed that she was trying to charge me a higher price for something that she didn't deliver on and annoyed that I had to call her out on it in order to get it fixed. Again, I think it was an honest mistake but still, unprofessional. My recommendation would be to take full advantage of the Headspa experience here - I loved it very much. I think if you explain to Jessica everything you're looking for when you book on the phone then that would clear up misunderstandings. I would NOT recommend getting a Mani/Pedi here. Just stick to the Headspa and you will be fine. read more

Im not a kind of person who's stick with 1 salon, im trying a lot of head spa around OC ,they're just ok to me (some of them even bad for second visit) but this place is a gem! The service was nice and fast,i choose Number 2 on menu and they have a lot of work in package but the price not to pricey, the girl did for me very gentle ,professional ,everything was really relaxing and help me a lot to relief stress ! Me and my husband came for "Forever Young" treatment. Relaxing, good smelling place was my first impression. We started our service I notice the beds and wet bowls were small and hard. Within the first 10 minutes a loud man came in and my husband lady left. Chatting loudly with the man he left only to return moments later. (She left again a total of 4 times) Back to the massage, smells coming in our room like broccoli beef someone is eating lunch.. no more spa smell. More people enter salon other workers? Multiple business going on. Back to the massage I feel like the total head experience was missed. I didn't experience a facial cleaning and scalp scrub. by the time I relaxed it was over that was it. My hair was halfway blowdried. No glow no shine. The girls never introduced themselves or gave their names. I was happy to receive a 10% off and needless to say I was disappointed this was my husband's first experience.
