I initially thought it was a Korean bbq because of the usual air vents above the tables, but it is not!! We were told it was their launch night and $49 for all you can eat buffet, including Wagyu (my favorite) and seafood. A little more than we were looking to spend but the place looked new and we saw the meat and could not resist. Letz Grill is not Korean, or is it specifically Vietnamese. It's a fusion of the two.. there was Kimchi and Rice paper wraps and gave a great mix of options to eat. Of course we went straight for the Wagyu! Which we were told was 9+ grading. Either way, it was delicious . We had our charcoal grill loaded with Wagyu and huge prawns. They offered us a bowl of complimentary Pho which we accepted. A good size (not too big, save room for Wagyu) and it was extremely tasty. It was made with Wagyu brisket. So good, some went for a second bowl. We were so full, struggled to walk out. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Bankstown, go to Letz Grill. You and your tastebuds will thank me for it. Amazing food, new clean restaurant, happy helpful staff and good value. I'll be back. Hopefully they will be licensed. The lime, mint and jackfruit drink was delicious. The service was friendly and accommodating and they replaced the grill several times when it got charred. But it seems as that they're mostly known for their monster sized savoury crepes and steam rice rolls. Everything was relatively cheap compared to the other restaurants in the area. Meals ranged anywhere from $10-$16. I ordered the $11.50 banh uot tom kho (steamed rice paper rolls) with dried shrimp and my cousin got the $13.00 banh cuon tom, cha (shrimp wrapped in rice rolls). These dishes all came with a handful of bean sprouts, herbs, fish sauce and pork sausages. The rolls were pretty chewy but tasted so fresh. They had to be made per order or else they wouldn't taste as good.. and let me tell you.. they know what they're doing! The portion was huge and it was so satisfying. I would definitely order the shrimp wrapped rice rolls next time (more bank for your buck). If you're looking for some really good Vietnamese food, I would highly recommend this place for their Vietnamese crepes and steamed rice rolls!!

So, depending how you took it, an advantage to have someone else's live music or perhaps an annoyance for a wedding group whose couple were trying to say their vows above the loud music. But that decision is at the perogative of newlyweds anyway, the way I see it.
