I use…read morethe PayRange app to pay for the machines, since it's easier than carrying change, but unfortunately it can be hard to get a working machine that shows up on the app. I believe only 2-3 dryers show up on the app, even though there are tons of dryers in there. So if someone else is using those dryers, I'm SOL. I'll probably continue doing my laundry there, but I wish they'd get the washers and dryers working and showing up on the PayRange app!

The top-loading machines are almost never working now, and lot of the front-loading machines are out of order too. Several of the dryers don't work either. I liked when I could pay just one quarter for 15 min of dry time because sometimes that was all i needed, now its 75c for 30ish min. Also, the vending machine for drinks doesn't work, the snack vending machine always gets food stuck and no one has the key for it so you're sol if that happens. The owner flat out refused to turn on the AC when it was over 90 degrees outside. The employee that works there is a total sweetheart though, she deserves better.

I finally sucked it up and stopped in. Jeff was kind and his place was immaculate. I dropped my clothes off for the first of many visits about a month ago and have been coming back every week faithfully. The prices are great and he makes my clothes smell like a fresh dew after the morning rain. He even folds my work clothes and hangs up my button-ups. This place is great! I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being "outsourced to a leather professional." I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined--its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair. When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the "age" of my items--as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What's even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner's response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start? To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers. I had to continuously reach out to her, only to be met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. And if you think this was a one-time bad experience, look at their other 1-star reviews. This isn't the first time they've ruined someone's items. Pay close attention to how the owner responds to bad reviews. They act sweet and professional at first, but the moment there's an issue, their attitude flips. Instead of taking accountability, they become hostile and defensive. DO NOT trust Best Cleaners with your high-quality items. They lack the knowledge to properly clean luxury goods and will refuse to take responsibility for any damage they cause. Scheduled pick up was a day before prom. Our daughter tried on the dress and no alterations were done to this dress!!!! Due to lack of time in finding someone to fix her dress - we had to sew her into it! Our daughter was mortified and was extremely overwhelmed. Called and left a message, no call back. After Prom, we took the dress back and the store owner stated that the tailoring did not even happen onsite and the tailor under estimated taking in the dress. I am due to receive a refund; however, this does not negate the poor craftsmanship and lack of reliability. Please avoid. We are extremely disappointed in this establishment.
