The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

I needed rescue and within hours I was able to be seen (maybe lucked out) but she fixed it. I swear I was scaring people. She adjusted the black tint and removed all the skin tint that was over my brow, she aligned my arches where they should be again and lifted the brow. There were errors from the other girl but she was able to help it SO much that my hubby smiled this time when I came home lol. Will be a repeat customer here. You know when they pencil the lines and line up the arch etc it's serious and professional. So grateful to look back to normal with nice brows whew
