Fast forward a year later i called for a quote for breaks/rotors on my rear breaks and they told me since it was my front breaks that they fixed the 1st time, that i would have to pay the full price which was $450 for my Cruze. Okay, that's understandable. I got them fixed at another business within my budget. Now i need front breaks/rotors so obviously i called to get a quote and appointment. They then proceeds to tell me that it was my rear breaks that had the warranty and quoted me $450. I tried to ask questions and getting an explanation but they over-talked me and told me this is their quote. Im beyond disappointed and a little frustrated. I dont know whether to label it a Scam or poor communication within their documentation and business practices. I regret all the referrals and am quite ashamed that i recommended such a company!
