So my wife hired RADD to come clean prior to out-of-town guests arriving. I should preface by saying 1) we have a two year old and 2) that's just an excuse, because neither my wife nor I are any good at keeping the house clean and in order. It took us two days just to 'prepare' for the cleaners to arrive. After walking through with my wife, the cleaners got to work. We left to give them space. After three hours, they were done. Total: 170.00. 75 for the first hour, then 25/hr for each worker. Pretty fair, really. The work: We have a ~1200 sq.ft house, wood floors and two bathrooms (no carpet). They scrubbed both bathrooms including the shower stall/tub and floor in each one, wiped all kitchen cabinets down, all flat surfaces in all rooms, mopped all floors and vacuumed. The result: All looked much improved after their touch. The kitchen floor could have had another go, but the deck was kind of stacked against them (who lays down white linoleum in the kitchen!??). They forgot to clean the toilets entirely (by their own admission) and (my only surprise) didn't take the garbage out in any of the five rooms with garbage cans. The verdict: I learned to be specific about what I/we want; ask... Desiree will tell you yes or no or how much extra it would cost. My wife and I will be asking them to return for monthly maintenance cleaning and would recommend them to others without reserve. Plus, as my wife pointed out, they're a small independently owned company and they're pretty damn easy on the eyes (Desiree and her husband both are quite cute-- Well, what did you expect? This isn't Forbes, it's Yelp. Wouldn't YOU want hot people to clean YOUR house? Well there you go.). We will be hiring this company again. read more

Desiree arrives at your home with a smile on her face, ready to clean. She is professional, courteous and easy to talk to. She has been cleaning at least once a month for our family for almost 2 years and I have been keeping my satisfaction with her away from you Yelpers! But no more! I have been recommending her by word of mouth whenever I can and now it's time that Yelp knows. She does an excellent and thorough cleaning after checking with me to inquire if there are specific areas or rooms needing special attention. She is pleasant to my young boys, loves my funny cats and uses great care with our personal belongings. I have a standard once a month visit set up with her, but she's flexible with throwing in another visit for out of town guests or a party we having. She arrives on time with all her products and appliances and she's ready to get everything sparkly and beautiful. Last year I sold my previous home and Desiree took care to make sure the house was ready for the market. It had sat empty while some renovations were being done and there was construction dust everywhere. When she was finished cleaning, the house was restored to beauty and we had 3 offers within 2 days! The RADD Cleaning company provides reasonably priced cleaning services. RADD's self-employed owner, Desiree Langston, is a very professional hard worker. She is always on time and fully prepared. Following several disappointing experience with a few other cleaners, my husband and I were quite relieved to have finally obtain a stable cleaning service. Desiree is responsive and accommodating to our busy schedule. We have two dogs that shed hair everywhere. Desiree always gets all the hair out. She takes excellent care of our hardwood floors and leaves me with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. She is trust worthy and we feel comfortable leaving our dogs and our house in her hands during her visits. We are happy and satisfy with RADD's services. read more

This is my first experience with a cleaning service and I wished I would have done this sooner! I looked into a wide variety of cleaning services from franchises to individual craigslist ads and came across RADD on yelp. It was one of the few cleaning services with great reviews. I call Desiree and got a good quote, mid-range in between the franchises (who are super expensive) and the craigslist ads. I only spoke to her once over the phone and communicated via text a few times, but immediately felt comfortable letting her into my home. She arrived right on time for our first appointment today and was very professional, sweet, nice, and open to any questions/suggestions/comments that I had. Her team of 2 worked efficiently and quietly (my 2 and 4 year olds were even able to nap at their usual time during the cleaning). I barely noticed they were there except for the occasional vacuum noise. I was quoted over the phone at 4 hours and was amazed when they finished in 3. The price was a per hour rate so I was pleasantly surprised to pay 25% less than what I thought was already a fair price. It would have taken me 10+ hours of cleaning to do what the two of them did in three hours, plus they do a much better job! I am definitely having them back for the once a month maintenance cleaning and will be considering the every other week cleaning too! Another plus is the wonderful smell we are left with, not the usual toxic cleaning smell that requires hours of venting. read more
