We really appreciated that he came to our home to take measurements so we were confident that a queen bed would work in our small bedroom space with low ceilings. He worked with us to create a wallbed that appears as a cabinet/armoire. The paint color is matched to the other woodwork in the room. Now we have a cabinet quality wall bed to offer our occasional guests yet retain the use of the room for other times as a home office. Also, he ran into an unexpected slightly warped wall that was causing some challenges for the desk backsplash to secure correctly against that wall. The solution required Steve to make the decision to leave his vise grip tools behind to bind the backsplash to the wall overnight until I can get them returned to him.
