Clean and well-lit; I especially appreciated that it didn't have the overwhelming polish remover smell associated with some salons. I chose the $40 pedicure (one up from the basic, can't remember what it was called). I thought the leg massage part was a little brief but other than that, the pedicure was fine. My nails ended up so thick, not natural looking at all. The entire place needs a makever and a thorough cleaning. Very visible dust on the clocks and faded art on the walls. The smocks all the techs wear need to be washed or replaced. Dirty. And yes, the language barrier with most of the techs makes trying to explain concerns fruitless.

The nail tech cut one of our toenails very short without asking despite them not needing to be cut. They ended up being so short on one foot to the point they hurt. You need to tell nail tech exactly what you want up front, but there was a language barrier, making it difficult.
