This place is not worth the price. The guys didn't want to buff my nails and left gel on my skin. I asked him to file it off but he filed all my nails. His massage was half assed too. There's definitely a language barrier but I still feel that it's not worth the price. I paid less in other places and never paid more than $80 for a mani pedi with gel. I paid $130 today. read more

They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, and immediately started on our nails. The manicure was great and so relaxing. The design came out great! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this as a great place to get your nails done. read more

Will never go back. My previous experience the guy doing my nails was sick. Seemed irritated that I jumped when he nicked my skin around the nail 5 times with the grinder thing. But this last time pushed me over the edge. The girl doing my nails apparently didn't look at my appt the said dip on my real nails. She pushed a fake nail under the dip before I could do anything and ripped my real nail right off at the skin. I said "These are my real nails what are you doing?" And she just shook her head and ripped the next one off. Then translated on her phone that "my nails were damaged and she wanted to make them pretty". I could not believe it. She finished my nails by just applying the dip and that was terrible with pockets in them. I had to fix them myself. I am honestly scared to even go in to a different salon now to have it removed. I'm visiting GB,WI and decided to choose this place. I liked that they have a seemingly organized way to check-in. The place is small but seemed nice enough. Now the gel manicure was ok. I chose a deluxe pedicure and was willing to pay the extra $20 to have gel polish. The tech set up the chair, I chose the mango package and she left me to soak. I was soaking for legit 30 mins ,no sign of her. She rushed back to me to take my feet out and said she would be right with me, apologized for the delay. Then I was waiting another 15-20 mins. I had seen 2 other people get their pedicures and leave and new people sat down while I was still waiting for someone to address me. I had to make the decision to get up and forego the spa pedi. I am a generous tipper usually, this time. I honestly couldn't do it. I paid $35 for a mid-level mani and still searching for a decent place to get this Pedi but I just wait until I get back to NY. read more

I am so disappointed in the quality of the dip nails at this salon. In the first 30 hours one chipped and I lost my own nail as a result. They did fix the one nail when I called . But then 2 days later I have another chipped and today only one week after I have another chipped tip. Not only is the quality awful but the price was well over average. . This is a service I get regularly, so I do not believe that my expectations are unreasonable at all. I go every 3 weeks and pay anywhere between 30-40$ a visit , the cost here was 55, That is not a French or with tips under the dip. I don't normally write a revie at all if things are under par but this is just too much. Be careful and shop around. read more

I have been here a few times as it is closer to my house and it was always pretty good until I splurged and got a Gel Pedicure. The color was a beautiful bright pink, but the next day it started tinting a bit yellow. As the week went on it was turning more & more yellow and I was a bit concerned, but thought I would wait to see what happened. I went to Florida on vacation and while I was there it kept turning more and more. I went back to the salon a few weeks later to see what may have caused it and the person there would not even look at my nails, all she could say is.... it was not there fault. I was prepared to book another pedicure as my daughter in law needed a pedicure & then they could fix mine at the same time (I would have even paid for it) but she ignored me & just kept saying "not our fault", When I said I went to Florida she blamed it on the chlorine in the pools. The house we stayed at had a Salt water pool & no chlorine so I know that was not it. Lesson Learned. They lost 2 customers as the same thing happened to my sisters Gel Pedicure. I went back to a previous salon & they took great care of me. I must say the 2 nail technicians that did my sister's & my pedicures were very nice & wonderful people, too bad the product quality was not. read more

This was my first time at Glamour Nails and I have to say tho the personnel were great, you don't get what you pay for. My pedicure is the worst I've ever had. I got the premium package and the massage was non-existent compared to what you get on the west coast for LESS money. My cuticles are still there too! Isn't that why we go ladies?! No top coat either so the polish is not shiney like a fresh pedicure should be. And the whole nail doesn't even have polish on them upon closer inspection. Definitely not worth the $$$ read more

Went to get a basic fill. Nail tech messed up my coffin/ballerina shape that i already had done at a different nail shop. Filed 2 of my nails way too much that they look ridiculously messed up. Would not recommend this nail salon if you want the coffin/ballerina shape. read more
