My daughter got a unique print on her nails and I got the French style. They overbooked or took too many walk- ins. This is a problem when in a service industry. A customer needs to express what he/she wants. In my case my pedicure ended up with uneven lengths in nails and nail color that was streaky. When I tried to explain he couldn't understand. Yes he did it over again but it shouldn't have happen from the beginning . I've worked in spa's for 40 years. The owner needs to hire employees who speak English!!

The owners were lovely and let me stay until about 5:30 while my nails dried. Over 2 wks later & pedi still looks great & I go in the water during the summer whether ocean, bay, lake or pool.
