There aren't many hookah bars in the area so this is a decent spot if you are in the mood for only hookah. Inside it has a nice safari look with dim lights and forest vibe with their decor. They have several booths to sit at. They do have several hookah flavors to try but they don't have just plain mint; they only have lychee mint which is just alright, nothing too special. They don't have any alcoholic drinks so they charge $4 for a bottle of water which is kind of absurd. Between two bottles of water and the lychee hookah, we paid over $50 which is pretty pricey. In my opinion, this is the best lounge in the area. I usually come here to watch UFC fights weekly, as they show the fights and do not apply a cover charge or anything like that (even for the PPVs.) There is a 5 TV set up in here, and while it gets full in here, I never feel like it is too crowded or that the staff forgets about me. I have been coming here for years because of the fact that the staff has been so kind to me, and the environment here is very relaxed. They do have music playing, but it's never too loud. The hookah itself has been a good quality, and staff gives good recommendations on new flavours so I always feel like I have options. I very much feel like family here after being here about 5 years or so, and I fully recommend the establishment. read more

I came here looking for a nice lounge to spend my girls night at with some friends but not at such a high cost! Firstly, we spent OVER 40mins waiting for our food. However, our server (Waleed) was nice enough to let us know ahead of time that it would take around 25 mins to which we agreed. But then after 30 mins he came to tell us it would take another 10 mins or so but guaranteed we'd love the food. We just wanted to have a good time so we said ok to that as well. When the food finally arrived it looked good but, no fries or a drink and just a plain sandwich for over $10. On top of that, I thought we were supposed to choose our own level of spicy-ness so we told them we'll take the Sweet n Spicy BBQ but little did we know that they charge extra for that since it said it on the menu under the description of the sandwiches that "choose your level of spice". The sandwiches are EXTREMELY MESSY! If you're dressed up like we were and dont wanna get your hands dirty, DO NOT ORDER THEIR SANDWICHES. We literally couldn't eat any of it because everything was falling out from them (as seen in the picture below). The hookah was good and the spicy chicken sandwich tasted really yummy but the mess was not worth it. The grilled sandwich was raw from inside and tasted like rubber and when we told our server Waleed this, he said that the kitchen was already closed and his hands were tied. When the bill came, it was ridiculous!!! I never knew service fee can be so high and when I asked Waleed he said it was considered "gratuity". I've always given people tip according to what I thought they deserved. However the bill was extremely high and we weren't compensated in any way for the disgusting raw grilled burger that wasn't even edible and had to pay $12.99 WITHOUT TAX OR FRIES OR A DRINK for it. I believe I heard the served talking to the owner on the phone asking them what he can do to help us but I guess the owner didn't care about customers hving bad experiences as long as his bill was paid. Overall, a disappointment to go here please go somewhere else where you wont have to leave with a worry about how you spent more money than you had expected just for 2 hours at a lounge with shitty food and service. read more

Got there at 10pm. It was busy but a few tables were available. Place holds about 30 to 35 people. Royal Rumble and the Laker game were on. Ordered 1 hookah 1 coke and 1 water. We were advised by the server with pony tail wearing a manager sweater that they did not have cold water or soda. About 1025, we got our hookah water and soda. The place had about 25 people in there. 4 to 5 tvs on the wall. And greenery on the walls. Oversized unused bar. Small hookah room and bathroom in the back and door to backyard parking lot area where u can see some people smoking hookah. Their service was horrible. For the whole night, we were neglected. No one came to our table to see if we needed anything or check on the hookah. They didn't give tongs, so if your hookah gets harsh too bad. We never got a coal change until midnight when we got the check. The coal guy would come out of the back coal room and change coals from back to middle of cafe and never reach tables in front. He was busy on his phone, too. The server wearing glasses and hat was observed smoking hookah with his friends in the backyard. Time to time he would come to the front and talk to wherever his friends were sitting. The manager was busy trying to talk to 2 girls next to our table rather than pay attention to us. He was heard talking about how he is related to the owner and that they do baby showers there. Soon, they will have an event there, and the girls were welcome to go there. Conversation that can be handled through IG. We complained to the manager that the service was trash. You do not have food there or cold drinks or alcohol. As a hookah lounge, you only have 2 things to do: change coals and make sure the hookah isn't burning. And you failed to do that. He brought the check, and i handed him my cc. He said "oh your not going to see what I did for you?" I answered all you did was waste our time. He discounted the check. I never bothered to look. I wasn't there to get a discount. I wanted to spend my money and get good service. If this is how the manager acts, how can we expect regular workers to be better? You have a small itty-bitty lounge and still can't provide the basic service. Instead of apologizing, he said, "i told the coal guy to change coals for everyone." Basic customer service would tell you to apologize for bad service and not make excuses. We left, hoping never to go back. read more

Cool, local spot nothing crazy. they do not have a liquor or beer and wine license yet, Apparently it's coming. Found this place on the whim and def served the purpose. Hookah was very good and they offered customized options which was great. The table next to me orders a special hookah with a milk base and that was really good when they allowed me to try. Prices were not bad roughly around $20-$25 and ordered a Few Snapples. To see the bill come up to $100 was a bit surprising as well as a random service charge for $25 which I'm sure the ppl next too me drinking vodka in water bottles didn't get. Verdict: A definite 5 stars. Can't go wrong. New lounge that opened up in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in. First, this lounge is in a great location. It's right off the highway (cross island parkway exit 27E) and the parking on the street is EASY. Something all of us NYers can appreciate. First impression, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by multiple individuals with smiles and they were very courteous in seating me quickly. Decor is very clean and simple and I immediately loved how the music in the lounge was at a reasonable level. I'm able to have conversations without yelling. They have TVs around the lounge and from my understanding, they broadcast all the sporting events including NFL redzone on sundays which is great because I can enjoy hookah and football at the same time. Hookah: I ordered aphrodite mixed with deadpool which is both fruit undertones with paan and it was very aromatic, fragrant and had a great taste. Everything is served on lotus heads which i'm happy about as that really enhanced the longevity of my hookah. I had no issues getting goals immediately and didn't have to ask for coal changes. Staff: everyone seems very jolly and humble and it's great to see good customer service like this. Hookah lounges are so ahead of their game in the Queens area as compared to Manhattan, Toronto, etc that the only thing differentiating these lounges are customer service. 5 stars for the effort all night. Conclusion: definite go. I will return and I recommend this lounge to everyone. It's great because my friends who come from long island to smoke hookah with me can now meet me at this lounge which is much closer for them as compared to steinway which is a much longer driver plus parking hassle Keep up the great work and see you again soon! read more

I came here a few months back and the hookah was good. I liked the list of really unique flavors that they have. Around that time however there was another guy working and he made the hookahs but they were so harsh and it gave me a extreme headache. I went last week and someone else was there and he made the hookahs and omg it was so good!!! So much smoke and did not make me cough once. It was just so smooth. I was so glad I came because I had really such a good time. The only down side is that the kitchen is not opened early but the guy was so nice enough to let us eat outside food. I will definitely come back here whenever I have the chance because it's so much better than the hustle and bustle of Steinway where you can't even get a damn parking spot! read more

My favorite hookah spot!! This place has great flavors, great service and overall a great vibe. Awesome spot to hit up after a night out or just chill on any given day. Also they definitely take the time to keep everything clean because you don't get sick after smoking (unlike some other places). It is a struggle to find good hookah spots locally, all my favorites are on the other side of Queens. Attempting to try a new hookah lounge closer to home, I stumbled across V3nom. I enjoy the interior décor; I have a soft spot for shops that look better on the inside than the outside. It gives you a sense of anticipation, like Deku filled of preeminence but seen as a casual 20% aka quirk-less. You just cannot wait for Midoriya to show you what has got. As for the customer service quality...it was up to the Cromulons, we would all be dead. Plasma rayed to nothing! That is something I cannot get schwifty with. The server taking our order would have surly got push into Dimension C-137, had I a portal gun. I have never been annoyed by a server to the point I question my reason for being in the establishment. When viewing the menu, we saw that there were two flavors described as grape. We inquire for the difference between the two beside the name, the server said one comes in a purple base while the other is in a green base. This was not helpful at all; I know that bases are the liquid containers for the hookah, being different colors makes no difference on the taste. The struggled continued as we asked about some other flavors and he said that they tasted like what the menu said. I am not one to bang my head against the wall, but I felt if the wall heard this then it would want to bang itself against my head. The owner has apologized to me through a review elsewhere, I was invited to speak with him next time and that he would take care of me. Stumbled upon this lounge on Google. Decided to check it out and I'm not disappointed at all. Cleanliness: Very clean. Very comfortable. Vibes: Chill. They have games, as well (i.e., Jenga). Hookah: My server recommended their house blend, Snowman. Very smooth pull and flavor is superb. Most of their hookahs are based on super heroes and you don't see that anywhere. Served with a silicon hose, plastic handle, and the long mouth pieces, as well as a kloud head. No alcohol but you don't need it. I recommend V3nom to anybody looking for outstanding hookah and a great place to just wine down from a long day. read more

I came here with my boyfriend because it was my turn to plan the date. We had so much fun. It was such a relaxing a chill environment with good music. The hookah we had was the Aquaman. It was delicious. One of the guys there was working on a new flavor called "pink cotton candy". That was delicious. They say it should be ready next week so they will definitely be seeing us in the future. They also had different games to play if you wanted to. Came here on Friday August 27th with my friend looking for some hookah to pass the time before we headed to a concert at the nearby UBS center. We arrived about 30 minutes after they opened and the owner greeted us the moment we walked in. The interior was so nice and really went well with the aesthetic they were trying to convey. We ordered the peach flavored hookah and it was amazing. I wish I caught the owner's name because he was so nice and talked with us the hour we were there about hookah as well as other things. They also provided us with uno cards and my friend ordered a milkshake that he raved over! The owner was so kind and even let us try the hookah flavor he was smoking so get a feel of the house-made hookah flavoring they do there and it was fantastic.
