Best deal vacations is selling tour to punta cana with the worst charter airlines Global X. on june…read more24 for 7 days coming back July 1th we were suppose to travel to punta cana and best deal change the time three time finally we left to punta cana paying 5000 for three people, but that was not the worst part the hygiene in the hotel it's horrible. when coming back we had to wait 14 hours at the airport in Dominican republican without water, food, sleeping on the floor, where we're not allow to pass to the other waiting areas where the food and air conditioning and chair and water was available because the manager at the airport were not certain of the time of our flight, this MR. ROBERT said that he was going to send a bus to pick us up to take us to a hotel and that was never done, neither myself nor the other people that were there were able to take their medication for lack of water. the only place that was open and closed immediately after we got to the airport there around 4 closed leaving all of us without provisions. Our flight was changed from 7:30 pm to 4am, from 4am to 6am and finally we were able to board the plane at 7am arriving in Miami at 10am, the next day, traveling with my nice who is also in remission and her daugther of 16 years old. They are selling these super deals and they very bad deals. I have contacted them and they say they will call me back and they have not. They say sorry to hear that. I want to share this horrible experience with everyone. I am a person who is in remission because I have being diagnosed with cancer three times and I thought this vacation will be very good for me but not at all. It has created more tension and anxiety. Hopefully I get a response from these people. I urge everyone to make sure not to get involved with this best deal THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT.

Max and his team made these changes and also added my sister only a few weeks before the trip. The trip was great. We visited Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Quito, the Galapagos, and Guayaquil in our 15 days. At each airport, we were met with a guide and driver. Usually we had a guided tour, walking or small van. All breakfast and some other meals were included. Dinner was usually ours to find, but the guides were happy to offer suggestions when asked. Every guide was knowledgeable and responsive to our requests. Our second day at Machu Picchu was self-guided--but by then we knew what we wanted to see. The Galapagos 5 day trip was on a smaller boat, the Coral I with about 15 passengers, providing a small group visit to a number of the islands. My wife, sister, and I like smaller boats, and this one (Coral I) was very well equipped, but still closer to adventure than "Princess Cruise". A great way to see the islands, birds and animals. The tours required a fair amount of walking--but the amount of exercise is really determined by the group, and we all wanted to see as much as possible. I came home a pound lighter, and in much better shape. One real value Ideal South America provides is taking care of all the transport and lodging, so you can concentrate on the tour. In some ways, the biggest value of Ideal South America was not adding to the well known Machu Picchu and Galapagos, but rather giving us a good overview and interesting detail about Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Quito and the biggest surprise: Guayaquil. Our trip included 6 different places to sleep--that ranged from very good up to "Oh My Goodness", and 4 internal plane trips in addition to the flights to South America that were our responsibility.
