We arrived on time and there were a few people in the lobby and only one person to check everyone in. We were waiting to be checked in when someone came out and motioned to my wife to come in. She said she hadn't been checked in yet and the therapist said it was ok. After I came out from my massage, I went to pay for my wife and the receptionist started to get agitated. Apparently the massage therapist took the wrong client and was schedule for a 90 minutes massage instead of the 60 minute massage my wife scheduled. They interrupted her massage to try to get clarification. My wife said she would do a 90 minute massage if that would help. They continued with the 60 minute massage. When I finished mine, I went to the front desk to pay and the receptionist started arguing and saying my wife taking the wrong spot. She got very rude and started arguing with my wife like it was our fault. When I said I was getting very upset, she said," That's OK. You can be upset." Again, she accused my wife of taking the wrong appointment and insisting that it was her fault. All the while blaming my wife for their own failures. The bottom line was that they weren't properly staffed (the manager - I assume - had to check me in), confused about their internal process of identifying which client they need to work with and check in, and clearly not trained in proper customer service. I've never been to any establishment where they blamed the customer like they blamed my wife who was absolutely not at fault for any of this. Canceling my membership because if this experience.

Next, she leads you to a serene waiting area to complete the necessary consent forms and learn (at your leisure) about other services, diseases, natural cures, etc. Once the forms are complete the Technician comes in and chat with you briefly and show you were to change to prepare for your session. Once changed, you are positioned on the procedure device (i don't know the medical name) or table to relax and begin your session. During my session, I required a lot of massaging and an extended amount of time. I was not rushed one time, and actually ended the session myself because I had to leave. The Technician is awesome and she explained everything to me in complete detail and provided sound advice. This place is great and the service is unparalleled!
