IF you take the ASIANA Bus, you'll be asked to tip the bus driver (min: $3.00) while at the Barstow Mc D parking lot. This other bus drops you off at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel in Monterey Park.... The people on the bus are loud and I recommend that you take an IPod or MP3 player. I usually request for a window or isle seat. The seats on the bus are uncomfortable esp. if you're big, husky or have long legs. LoL! Last time, I was stuck sitting behind this old man who reclined his seat into my knees and I almost "cut up" on his a$$.

This was the identical experience I had with her several years previously. If nothing else, she's consistent! Simply awful customer service! Destination Travel is the worst! I would plan way ahead of time to make sure this company can give you all the options you need and plan for contingencies also. Be warned that if you haven't traveled internationally for a while (such as before the pandemic) then you are in for a shock on how much prices have risen and how inflexible the airline schedules are. Be ready to adapt and look at it all as an adventure. Jonathan works remotely so you need to be good with planning on the phone and via email. It is a good service and I recommend it highly. Jonathan ghosted us multiple times over 2 months. There were constant family emergencies that I tried to be understanding of, but after 5 of them it just seemed like he was unwilling to help us - almost like he was trying to get us to not want to work with him. When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to work with us, he should have just said so instead of trying to turn us off like that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Attached are a few different-dated screenshots. One very positive thing is that I landed in Cancun and I had forgotten my transfer voucher. I called them up while standing there in the parking lot. Someone picked right up and within a few minutes they made the entire arrangement and told me where to meet the guy (just a few feet away) and he was expecting me. At least in that regard, it was first class service.
