The people on the bus are loud and I recommend that you take an IPod or MP3 player. I usually request for a window or isle seat. The seats on the bus are uncomfortable esp. if you're big, husky or have long legs. LoL! I would plan way ahead of time to make sure this company can give you all the options you need and plan for contingencies also. Be warned that if you haven't traveled internationally for a while (such as before the pandemic) then you are in for a shock on how much prices have risen and how inflexible the airline schedules are. Jonathan ghosted us multiple times over 2 months. There were constant family emergencies that I tried to be understanding of, but after 5 of them it just seemed like he was unwilling to help us - almost like he was trying to get us to not want to work with him. When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to work with us, he should have just said so instead of trying to turn us off like that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Attached are a few different-dated screenshots. One very positive thing is that I landed in Cancun and I had forgotten my transfer voucher. I called them up while standing there in the parking lot. Someone picked right up and within a few minutes they made the entire arrangement and told me where to meet the guy (just a few feet away) and he was expecting me. At least in that regard, it was first class service.

They model their website to look almost identical to the resort so you think you are on the actual resorts website. I booked a room and thought I was done. Well, I needed to make a change, reached out to the hotel and found out I didn't book through them. So I had to reach back out to these guys and found out they are a "reseller". I felt like this was shady and no longer wanted to keep my book with them and would rather deal with the hotel directly like I assumed I had the first time. I was told it would be over $500 to cancel (the resort charges $0) so after some arguing I reluctantly kept the booking and booked the remaining changes directly with the resort. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE AND DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORT, ITS THE SAME PRICE OR BETTER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS HEADS AND TAILS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!
