We agreed upon a $3,000 deposit as I thought a $4,000 deposit was too high. Luckily for me, my apartment sold off the market weeks before it was to be listed. My realtor contacted Sandra TWO WEEKS before the staging was to be done and she refused to refund all or any part of the $3,000 deposit. The contract did state non-refundable; however, it didn't seem reasonable that she would find it conscionable to keep the whole $3,000 deposit. My expectation was for a reasonable conclusion. Not to mention my realtor uses her often. She gave him no regard either (favor to a frequent client since she works with him often). Very disappointed in how Sandra handled this situation. Overall, bad experience, and I would not use this company again.

She's responsive. Six months later, I'm still waiting for a return call from another stager I reached out to! Sandra follows through on what she says she's going to do. She's an excellent communicator -- very proactive -- and will use whatever means necessary to get in touch with you for updates, answers and decisions related to timing. I also found Sandra to be very flexible and understanding. She navigated delays, tight timelines, people/personalities, and whatever came her way with grace and ease. If Sandra gets stressed out or rattled, I never saw any sign of it. She was consistently focused on delivering a great outcome and doing so in a manner that very much kept us, her clients, at the center of that.
