Very comfortable along with everything we needed, plates glasses, pots ,pans etc. the bed is comfy and the view is stunning. Very clean and tidy.Tim the property manager is very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this unit if available as some other units do not have as nice of a view as this one. There are many nice restaurants to enjoy with plenty of other things to do or just walk across the street plop your beach chair down and enjoy the beach!

Everybody I know has always told me I need a vacation, so this year, my boyfriend and I decided to take one. I selected a few places and bookmarked them on my laptop and had my boyfriend take a look at them and call the places he was interested in. We narrowed it down to two options, and Oceanside Condos was one of the two. While I was at work, he called and spoke with Jackie. When I got home, he had a lot of information written down that Jackie had provided, and told me that she was very friendly. We pondered the idea for about a week, then booked the room. Finally, our vacation day came. When we arrived, Jackie greeted us by name and was very helpful, providing us with a list of places in the area, and she even went through the list with us and told us what the best places in the area were. We checked into our room; it was even more beautiful than what the pictures had depicted. The view from our balcony, overlooking the pool and the ocean, was to die for. The room was clean from top to bottom. They supplied pots and pans for guests, so we were able to cook if we didn't feel like going out to eat. The first two days, the weather was wonderful. Other than that, it was rather yucky out, but we still made the best of our vacation. Regardless of how the weather was, the view from our room remained beautiful. Rain or shine, we were at the beach at least once a day. Every time we walked [or drove] by the office, Jackie greeted us with a smile and waved to us. Also, there is a really nice man named Dave that watches over the place at night, which made us feel more comfortable and secure, considering neither of us knew the area that well. Both Jackie and Dave are really sweet and do their jobs well. They gave us plenty of privacy, and at the same time, they were always there if we had any sort of question. They were even nice enough to allow me to use their office phone to call my father when I had lost my phone on the beach. At Oceanside Condos, we both felt welcome. All in all, I would strongly recommend Oceanside Condos to anybody who is looking for an affordable vacation with a great ocean view. Like any other place you will stay at, there are rules to be followed, such as no animals on the property, no glass bottles in the pool area, and a maximum of four guests per room (per Massachusetts occupancy laws). I don't find these rules unnecessary at all, for the owners are just doing their job and protecting their license. Therefore, if you don't like following rules, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you're looking to rent a beautiful, affordable condo on the ocean with the friendliest staff you will ever meet, I promise this will be the place for you. Thank you, Jackie and Dave, for allowing us to spend a week with you. We will be returning next year.

Tom Ohearn (owner & only employee) of Cranberry Real Estate is the most unprofessional, unethical,…read morerude and incompetent real estate agent I have ever encountered. I was very patient with him because he is in his late 70's and it is clear his memory is failing, but this agent is impossible to work with. You tell him something and then he forgets and then he lies to cover up the fact he forgot and then he blames and round and round you go. It is a complete nightmare. My final gripe is that I was left with the impression that he overprices homes to get the listing - and if yours is his only one, he keeps it overpriced, just so he can pretend to be busy. I was going to say that I hope he retires before he damages his reputation, but based on other reviews here it seems he has already done that. Oh and if you make the mistake of relying on the Zillow reviews as I did, just know that Tom OHearn could have written those reviews about himself. IMO many of them read like they were written by the same person.

Above review was dead-on accurate with my dealings with the owner…read more Rude, unprofessional, and deceptive. We paid good money to rent a place from him. Couldn't be bothered to do rental agreement - I had to insist on it. What real estate professional thinks its not necessary? should have been the first clue. Place was not ready, half the items were missing or didn't work, and he never responded to our calls. Beware!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Three Seasons Resort. I booked it on a whim with recommendations…read morefrom some coworkers and I'm so happy I did. I looked at several locations on the strip, like The Bluebird and The Corsair, The Three Seasons was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great and convenient near grocery stores, coffee shops, breakfast/ lunch spots, and great dinner restaurants. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as they had a full size fridge, kitchenette, large bathroom, and even a pull out couch for extra sleeper room. I liked the balcony with the seating to enjoy your ocean view over the courtyard. A great way to start your day with breakfast on your own private patio and then a quick walk down to the beach. This place was great for families and kids. The center courtyard was so nice with amenities like grills, picnic tables, and covered umbrella tables. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice and very clean. The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were very friendly. I especially liked the women at the front desk. Check in was smooth and check out was smooth. They were very personable and authentic. Even the maintenance workers were friendly and personable. The only thing that would change is the timing on the maid services. While my family was waking up on day 2 at 8:30am we were not waking up to alarms but knocking on the door for the cleaning service. The bedroom is the room you walk into from the outside walkway into the room, so I got up out of bed, opened the door to see housekeeping and I politely asked them to come back later we'll be out and about around 9:30am. I put the tag on the outside of the door. At 9am I get another knock on the door for housekeeping. Again I open and they say they're here for the room. I did gesture to the "do not disturb sign" On the door and asked if they'd come back after they were done with the room next door. We're leaving within 10 minutes. Assuming they would've come back after that. We left for the day around 9:25 and came back around 5:30pm. Nobody came back to clean the room, fix up the beds, and or provide us new towels, so I had to call the front desk. Which again the front desk was wonderful and thankfully sent maintenance up with new towels for us. Overall with the "do not disturb" sign on the door and the double knock within a half hour I find that a little annoying. That could be a do better for next time. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. This was an excellent resort for family to stay. Short drives to Chatham and the surround restaurants and shops. The short walk to the beach was great. Awesome for fishing off the rocks. Courtyard was nice for BBQ and kids to run around. Pools were clean and heated. I didn't use the fitness facility but it looked great when I went in and they have a laundry room on site for last minute spills or if you want to get yours in before you leave. Again, great place for families! Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Booking was easy with booking.com

I'm surprised by the bad reviews... this place exceeded our expectations by far!…read more Room: 5/5. It was more like two rooms. It was clean and spacious. It had a bedroom, large bathroom, a good size living room/kitchen area with a gas fireplace, and a large balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard area with views of the ocean. The kitchenette had a microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, small cooktop, and a full size fridge. The cabinets were stocked with cooking utensils, paper towels, dish soap, and detergent packets. We were only here for two nights so we didn't really utilize the kitchen area, but we easily could have stayed here for a full week and been happy. I would recommend bringing your own K-cups if you enjoy a nice cup of coffee; the complimentary ones were weak! Our bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bathroom vent worked well. Toiletries and hairdryerwere typical hotel-fare, so bring your own. The thermostat for the heating/AC was a little wonky but thankfully we were able to figure it out. Housekeeping comes daily to replace towels but does not clean, change bedding, or replenish coffee/toiletries unless you specifically request it. Location: 5/5. Just a small walkway to the beach and a short driving distance from many stores and good restaurants. Grounds: 5/5. Everything looked well-maintained and the courtyard area had propane grills, plenty of picnic tables, a little golf put area, an indoor pool, and a outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was heated and was the perfect temp for a 50 degree night. Grilling utensils and lobster pots were available upon request. We loved it! Overall I would love to stay here in the summer.
