The house was very nice and clean. The only real problem there, was no internet or cable. So if you want to stream, you better make sure you have either a roku or google chrome cast with you. Since none of the TV are smart tv's! Also the internet is a little buffering problem. If you wpn't have cable then at least for the amount you pay, have a smart tv. Or just have cable based on what they want to rent the place!

In my opinion, the railing does not appear to be safe, and I believe it should be inspected to ensure it meets all applicable safety requirements. I brought my concerns to several staff members, including the maintenance manager. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and I found the response to be dismissive and disrespectful. When a potential safety issue involving children is reported, I expect it to receive immediate attention. Aside from this issue, the resort itself was okay. However, guest safety should always be the top priority. I hope management addresses this concern promptly so future guests can enjoy their stay without worrying about the safety of the pool area.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life…read more It's a hotel that I have never worried about cleanliness in my over 15 years of staying here. The room is a nice size and has tons of amenities. They have an indoor pool that is incredible. It's the perfect temperature, and is clean as clean could be. They also have small hot tub which is very nice and warm. They have small saunas, a gym and a whole recreational center with full sized Tennis Courts, rooms for games such as Handball and even a small arcade. They have an outside bar which has live bands/singers playing all night with a crowd of people dancing having fun! This hotel is an absolute must stay and is worth the money in every way.

The important thing was that the room was well-cleaned and organized, which we were thrilled about. The facility provides a lot of that, including an indoor restaurant called the Loft Restaurant and Bar and an outdoor one called the Loft Shack in the middle of the parking lot. They even host events, such as outdoor concerts. The website provides more info on that. There is even an indoor building that offers sports such as tennis and basketball and even an arcade room. The Cove provides an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Overall, we were very impressed with the Cove, with many memories to take in and cherish. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

Very comfortable along with everything we needed, plates glasses, pots ,pans etc. the bed is comfy and the view is stunning. Very clean and tidy.Tim the property manager is very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this unit if available as some other units do not have as nice of a view as this one. There are many nice restaurants to enjoy with plenty of other things to do or just walk across the street plop your beach chair down and enjoy the beach!

Everybody I know has always told me I need a vacation, so this year, my boyfriend and I decided to take one. I selected a few places and bookmarked them on my laptop and had my boyfriend take a look at them and call the places he was interested in. We narrowed it down to two options, and Oceanside Condos was one of the two. While I was at work, he called and spoke with Jackie. When I got home, he had a lot of information written down that Jackie had provided, and told me that she was very friendly. We pondered the idea for about a week, then booked the room. Finally, our vacation day came. When we arrived, Jackie greeted us by name and was very helpful, providing us with a list of places in the area, and she even went through the list with us and told us what the best places in the area were. We checked into our room; it was even more beautiful than what the pictures had depicted. The view from our balcony, overlooking the pool and the ocean, was to die for. The room was clean from top to bottom. They supplied pots and pans for guests, so we were able to cook if we didn't feel like going out to eat. The first two days, the weather was wonderful. Other than that, it was rather yucky out, but we still made the best of our vacation. Regardless of how the weather was, the view from our room remained beautiful. Rain or shine, we were at the beach at least once a day. Every time we walked [or drove] by the office, Jackie greeted us with a smile and waved to us. Also, there is a really nice man named Dave that watches over the place at night, which made us feel more comfortable and secure, considering neither of us knew the area that well. Both Jackie and Dave are really sweet and do their jobs well. They gave us plenty of privacy, and at the same time, they were always there if we had any sort of question. They were even nice enough to allow me to use their office phone to call my father when I had lost my phone on the beach. At Oceanside Condos, we both felt welcome. All in all, I would strongly recommend Oceanside Condos to anybody who is looking for an affordable vacation with a great ocean view. Like any other place you will stay at, there are rules to be followed, such as no animals on the property, no glass bottles in the pool area, and a maximum of four guests per room (per Massachusetts occupancy laws). I don't find these rules unnecessary at all, for the owners are just doing their job and protecting their license. Therefore, if you don't like following rules, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you're looking to rent a beautiful, affordable condo on the ocean with the friendliest staff you will ever meet, I promise this will be the place for you. We stayed in the upstairs 'Main Suite' which was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer too! The apartment also came with everything we needed to enjoy the beach: chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a beach tote to carry everything in. This really came in handy! Danielle and Bob were very welcoming and created a lovely, thoughtful vacation get-a-way for their guests in a beautifully restored historic farmhouse! Thank you!

This is a house about a mile down from downtown Chatham with three "guest room" options: the Main Suite, which has a full kitchen, the Garden Suite, which has a private deck and library, and the East Room, where we stayed: a room with a private bath, queen-sized bed, and large window seat overlooking the garden that fills the rear of the property. The rooms all come equipped with coffee makers, cube fridges, and a cupboard with cups, plates, coffee filters, and other essentials. The East Room is large enough for two people, nicely decorated, and appointed with a lovely antique armoire and flat-screen TV. It has exposed ceiling beams, a cool, soothing decor palette, and soft lighting. The bathroom is modern with a glass-walled shower. My only caution is that the queen-sized bed is very soft, so be aware of that if you prefer a firm mattress. I got a peek at the Main Suite, which is gorgeous, and though we went off-season I could tell that the garden would be beautiful come springtime. This is not a B&B, but there are several options for breakfast nearby, more than that in-season. The business is run by two personable locals, Bob and Danielle, who also run a neat antique map shop that's adjacent to the rooms. They are helpful, attentive, and full of suggestions for things to see and places to dine. They allowed us our privacy while being attentive to our needs and picking up the room, and they checked on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable. Chatham is a quiet, quaint town with friendly people--not funky, more of a get-away-from-it-all type of place. The Guest Rooms are about a mile down from Chatham's downtown, which has a great locally-owned bookstore (remember those?), a neighborhood theater, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The lighthouse and beach are down there as well and make for a pleasant walk after a meal. There's a grocery store and CVS nearby. Chatham's location in the "elbow" makes it ideal for venturing out to explore other parts of the Cape. If things get too sleepy for you, the energy of Provincetown is about 75 minutes north. Cape Cod Mall is a 20-minute drive away if you tire of cute, small, locally-owned businesses and just want Starbucks and a movie with Dolby Surround Sound. Finally, the price is good, especially for the Cape where even off season B&B's and inns can be pricy. The local guide Bob and Danielle gave us reported that the Guest Rooms are one of the most reasonably-priced accommodations in the area. The Main Suite was priced about the same as a 3-star hotel room in a city and had much more to offer. For what we would have paid to stay at a flea-bag hotel, we had a great experience in a clean, comfortable, personally-appointed setting. .

He and the owner of the property lied about everything and put up misleading photos. We paid $4,109 for one week!!! We found bodily fluids, feces, dirt and mold all over the place, safety issues for kids, and complete disregard for CD19 guidelines. Safety issues include no spindles on a short railing leading to the sun porch, where 2-year old kept falling out. All the faucets in the house have hot and cold separate and hot comes out above 130, so many times kids and adults would turn left handle first and get scalded by practically boiling water. There was mold in every AC unit, on the shower ceiling, and in other areas. Basement has not been ventilated in a very long time and has mold everywhere and water damage on ceiling tiles. One of the guests developed a skin rash on her face and back of her neck after sleeping there for two nights in a row. The backyard has lots of overgrown plants and vegetation that hosts tons of rodents and where multiple propane tanks and hoses are just laying around. There were animal feces all of the backyard. The grill hasn't been cleaned out at all. On the evening of our arrival, we cooked 4 stakes, so the temp was on high, then we put chicken thighs on and the bottom, and the sides of the grill caught on fire. When we opened the doors at the bottom of the grill we were horrified to see a dripping pin filled with oil all the way to the edge - see attached pictures. cd19 issues: This property was not been disinfected prior to our arrival. It looked as if it wasn't event cleaned this whole season, and the AC units have never been cleaned out and disinfected. The house did not have any disinfectants in supply, no paper towels or hand soap or dish-washing fluid, and no toilet paper. all the coach cushions had disgusting stains and some smelled of urine! We have filed complaint against the host and the owner with Falmouth Health Department and State Health Department

The pool at 285 Acapesket Road, which looked fabulous on their website, was filled with nuclear-green pond scum that took the first three days of our week-long stay to clean. The pool guy swore that "while unpleasant to look at, it was safe to swim" but I don't think any self-respecting parents would let their kids in. On a hot-sweaty day, ours ran the other way. The pool had been the critical factor in my decision to rent the property but I was unable to get out of the $3400 contract. Instead they apologized that the toilets had black scum rings upon my arrival and told me to sue them if I wanted more than an apology. Yep, that's just what I want to do during my vacation, wash toilets and file lawsuits! They knew I was a sitting duck and offered $500 for my inconvenience. I took it. I have photos of the pool, but can't post here. Just be warned: look before you leap or you might get soaked in pond scum.

Room turnover needed to be requested several times and all they did was change out the towels. We needed to place a "special request" to have the sheets turned over ONE TIME! One of the pillow cases had blood stains on it and we had no idea where it came from (not us...disgusting!). Food options at the "restaurant" were minimal and the quality was poor! Walls are paper thin can hear everything our neighbors do both on our floor and upstairs/downstairs. Overall, cannot believe how much they charge for this place compared to how little they provide. Their only selling point is location. Would give ZERO stars if I could!
