Got my wisdom teeth taken out, and it was my first tooth pull so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was mostly just nervous it would hurt (during). First step was the walkthrough process, making sure you knew exactly what was going on, and what they were doing. Second, the numbing came. I had my mouth numbed once before (long ago) from a cavity and I remember a very painful pinch as the needle went in. Here at Vacaville Dental, you can't even feel a thing. The doctor has very soft and steady hands, and constantly makes sure you are okay, and that you don't feel any pain or discomfort. Next step came the extraction. This was the part I was so nervous about. My mouth was completely numb, and they made sure it was. I couldn't feel a thing the entire time, and I even got to wear these cool glasses When my tooth came out, all I said was "that's it??" Very quick, easy and pain free! My wife is a patient. She had an emergency this morning requiring immediate attention. Good thing their website advertises 24/7 availability and 15 minute responses! Except I have not received ANY reply from them for SIX HOURS. Their system shows they are not online and have not been online for the LAST TEN DAYS! Please see the second photo. This is beyond concerning and will be changing dentists immediately following a meeting with their management (I'll be sure to add the details for that, too). Read the bad reviews, they're true. I should've looked at the reviews rather than the stars..they're always telling you to give them reviews when you're new there. I wasted a lot of time and almost left the country to take care of my "dental issues" that I had to pay over 2 grand here because supposedly my insurance didn't cover. Thankfully I decided to call my insurance and I was informed that I did have coverage. I went through a lot of stress because if this office and wasted two years trusting them. Yes they tell you that you have so much wrong smh it was a lie. Now I'm in a way better place, no TVs but way better care. I had a consultation prior to seeing Dr. T who found the cracked tooth (I had decided not to use him because I preferred and trusted Dr. T)and then another consultation with a 3rd dentist who was able to find the same crack the 1st dentist found and fix it same day. I included a picture of the "flat tire" Dr. T didn't feel needed to be fixed and if it was that he missed seeing this crack it was because he was too busy pushing me to get braces and a mouth Guard. I want to start by saying that this office is under new ownership as of Nov 2022 so any reviews before that time should not be considered when shopping for a new dentist. I've been a patient here since 2016 so why 5 stars? And why now? Well I was a fan of the previous Dr T but this Dr T levels up in a big way and I feel she should get the recognition she truly deserves! So far she's treated myself, 2 of my sons and 1 daughter and I can assure you she has the best numbing technique I've ever experienced. My daughter is 3 and had to have a filling today, I was unsure how she would handle a shot but Dr Truong is so good she didn't even flinch! Dr. T has always been spot on with my concern. He addressed the root cause of my problem of clenching and grinding. He related it to my struggles to breathe at night. I have crowns and fillings that keep on breaking. I live in SoCal and I travel to see him. It's really an added value to see Dr. T because he is one of the few dentists that is a Diplomate of dental sleep medicine. I just had to write another review. Only because my 6 month check was with Dr. Tuazon, who is the owner of this practice. They call him Dr. T at the clinic, and I'm sure it's to make it easier on everyone who don't want to butcher the pronunciation of his name. :) He is just as personable and friendly as Dr. Sipin! Definitely makes me at ease knowing that if Dr. Sipin is away at those fun dentist conventions (ha ha) that my teeth are still in good hands of Dr. T! I have to mention how they've been with my kids too! My kids don't go here (they see Dr. Nutter in Fairfield), but I've had to bring in my two youngest kids (2 year old son and 3 month old baby girl) with me to my appointments. Not once in my recent 3 visits (I've had to come in for new sealant recently as well as my 6 month check up) have they made me feel like I should have left them at home! Not just Dr. T and Dr. Sipin, but the ENTIRE staff! They've been so kind to my son and interact with him too! A reward they have for their patients: free whitening! The form response they wrote to my detailed and honest review attempts to discredit me saying I may never have been a patient. Please see the attached picture of this company's name/address on the bill they sent me (with my information excluded) as they appear unwilling to take accountability. No apologies were offered in the response or to me personally, which only further validates my opinion on the consistency of the poor customer service I received. I am not simply upset that I did not understand my own insurance policy. My review also addressed the egregious up-charges that they attempted to enforce to even agree do the work (literally double the estimate of my original dentist), and the inability for their staff to calmly explain why I was verbally mislead in their office about the costs of the work without cutting me off and talking over me multiple times- despite my request to stop and actually listen to me. Also, it doesn't address the complete lack of follow through on services they volunteered to check on, as the doctor refused to do any work without me paying for a new expensive night guard. If anyone considers this dentist- please make sure you read their contract's fine print. Verbal assurances given in my case were clearly inaccurate and misleading, and have been met with unapologetic staff taking no accountability for their statements. When asking if they've verified that something is covered- they've only verified that you have current insurance which is something anyone would know walking in the door. They have not verified that your procedure is actually covered, as many other dentists do as a common curtesy to their patients. I feel lied to as this was not clarified in the multiple verbal assurances I was given after asking point blank if all services were covered with my insurance applied. read more

This was the CRAZIEST experience I've ever had with any type of "medical professionals." I left this place feeling dazed and wondering if I was actually being Punk'd. In my opinion, this dental practice is 95% psychology, 5% dentistry. I chose Vacaville Dental Care based *purely* on the 5-star rating they once had. I neglected to see that at the bottom of each Yelp page, there is a dim link that reads, "other reviews not currently recommended." Had I read those reviews, I would have saved myself a lot of grief. So many of them repeat things that also happened to me. There are also 3 pages of previous ones that VDC successfully flagged and had removed, so imagine what those said. Their stellar rating really confused me until I met someone else who had gone to Vacaville Dental Care. She said, "oh, they offered me a $50 credit for a 5-star review." Now it all makes sense. I only wanted a checkup and cleaning, but my first visit was spent "creating a big plan" for my teeth, without wanting one. They only did new digital x-rays (they did not want my previous dentist's real x-rays) and super-high-resolution photos of my teeth. The girl doing them was WAY more concerned with what "we" were going to watch on Netflix than anything else. The dentist zooms in on those photos of my teeth and acts shocked at stains, watching my face for reactions. "Why aren't you shocked?" His "plan to save my mouth" was to remove every single filling I had and to re-do them, for thousands of dollars. Since I had JUST been at my previous dentist and everything was fine, this all seemed really weird. He said, "why do you seem so skeptical? If we don't do this, your bite will collapse." VERY interesting that this also happened to other reviewers. 2 hours of that and no cleaning. I came back the following week for the cleaning, and they desperately wanted to know if I was going ahead with having all of my fillings re-done. I said I'd think about it; I just wanted the cleaning. After the hygienist poked my teeth a bit and gave a couple of them a few cursory scrapes, she said, "I can't go forward with the cleaning unless you are going to be agreeing to having your fillings re-done. It's just too dangerous. Then I can do your cleaning under anesthetic." I thought, what?? I'd just had a cleaning done 6 months prior with no mention of anything amiss with my teeth at all, and no anesthetic! I was summoned to a clipboard with a sheet of paper full of acronyms. I was told to "sign off" on each of them. I said, "what is this?" The sourface receptionist said, "it's everything you had done today, just sign it." I said, "but I don't know what any of these acronyms are. 'FMD'?... I don't know what I'm signing for." The hygienist and dentist came to stand on either side of me. "That stands for 'full mouth debridement'-- it means cleaning." I said, "but we didn't end up doing that... you said we couldn't." The hygienist said, "well... I started it today," (WAIT, you mean those few cursory scrapes?) "...I'll finish it when you come in for those fillings, as we discussed." So, they were holding my cleaning hostage until I agreed to pay for more work. I stood there and hesitated, not wanting to sign to what hadn't been done. At this point, the weirdest part of my entire experience began. The dentist and hygienist started talking to one another... ABOUT ME... two feet from my face. Dr. Tuazon: "I don't know why she's so skeptical." Hygienist: "I know! You would think that she would want to save her bite from collapsing." Dr. Tuazon: "She must have something else going on in her life that is more important than her health." They continued to stand there talking about me while I held the pen. I was so completely blown away by what seemed like a "rehearsed scene" with the two of them staring me down that I initialed the paper and left, feeling like a victim of some sick psychological game. I still think about it and shudder. I went back to my previous dentist of 15 years and told him about all the work they wanted to do. He said it was completely unnecessary. Removing fillings and re-doing them is a quick way to make a lot of money. It all makes sense now; this is a money reaping operation. They'll dazzle you with the latest equipment, widescreens, Netflix, Pandora. The first thing I noticed upon seeing Dr. Tuazon was his clothing. He has no idea that I work in the fashion industry, but I could see that he was wearing thousands of dollars of clothes; I could name the designers. I did get the proposal that had been processed by my insurance company. There were proposed charges above and beyond what was originally shown to me. Some of them were actually flagged with warnings from my insurance company: "This procedure is only covered once in a lifetime." I feel as though I was only ever a mouth to exploit for money. Again, my opinion: 95% psychological manipulation, 5% dentistry. Frightening. If you're gullible, prepare to open your wallet. read more

It's interesting...my husband and I lived in San Jose for about 10 years prior to moving up to Vacaville. We had a good multi-year relationship with an incredible Dentist (Who is continually booked solid and has had well over 100 people give her a five-star rating on Yelp...), and all of my exams showed that I had relatively-healthy teeth. To get technical, my periodontal probes always had twos and threes with the occasional 4; Nothing to worry about and NO deep pockets anywhere. NONE. NADA. ZERO. So we move to Vacaville, and I suddenly have a mouth full of 4s, 5s and 6s and horribly-bleeding gums! So bad, in fact, that I required not only a deep cleaning, but oral surgery to correct these issues. This was only about six months since I had last seen my Dentist in San Jose, so I was baffled to say the least. And regarding that oral surgery--the after-effects of that surgery caused some of the worst pain of my life. I wouldn't mention that except for the fact that I was told by the Dentist that this would be a minor procedure and a quick, relatively-pain-free recuperation period. Apparently not... Anyway...less than two years go by, I have a couple of painful cleanings (but whatever...) and I am then offered a full-time dream job and move back down to the South Bay. As soon as I can, I call my old Dentist to ask them if they'd take me back--and I JUST now got home from an exam where my teeth were miraculously returned to health and my gums were back to 2s and 3s--with the exception of that REALLY deep pocket where I'd needed oral surgery. I'll let you draw your own conclusions... Edited to add: I was trying to be nice, but the company's responses of "We can't verify that you were ever a patient with us..." just irritated the hell out of me. My face is attached to this profile, and you all saw me and my husband often enough over the course of a year (You know, the whole "re-do your fillings" thing, along with that oral surgery and follow-up appointments...) that to claim that I made this review up is extremely insulting. I've never spent more on dental care than I have with ONE year with Vacaville Dental Care. My husband (who does have ongoing tooth issues) had SO much work done (redoing all HIS fillings, as well...) that we actually maxed out our yearly limit and then spent a couple thousand dollars out of pocket just to finish up all the "necessary" work that "Dr. T." recommended. In fact, my husband was in such shock about the apparent decline of his mouth (in a whole six months) that he actually emailed our previous dentist to ask if all this was really necessary. They were nice enough to just say "It's not something we would have recommended in our practice." Do yourself a favor and scroll down to the bottom of this page and look at some of the reviews which are "not currently recommended" as well. You'll see that there are more people than the ones with enough Yelp reviews to make them "legit" who are dissatisfied with Vacaville Dental Care. Sad. P.S. "Sometimes people try to expose what is wrong with you because they can't handle everything that is right about you". I am all about preventive care but replacing ALL of my fillings was over the top, and the suggestion of full mouth debridement when I had Periodontal scaling and debridement in Chicago a year ago and every 3 month cleaning afterwards showing tremendous improvement in gum health was a huge red flag. The Laser Degranulation on three teeth I can agree and I will discuss this with the next dentist. The, what I feel, overly-aggressive treatment plan made me hesitant, but after speaking with the billing people I was more than ready to leave. The office manager even lowered a cost when she witnessed my rush for the door. Before that I was just going to get a second opinion and maybe return if they matched. The office environment is a bit too open for my comfort anyway. I don't like to see people in the dental chairs getting work done from the reception area or when walking through the treatment area (which is set up like a bull-pen or nail spa) I'd prefer some modicum of privacy. This isn't about money or insurance coverage; I'm used to spending thousands on my mouth. I added the quote at the beginning to save the office mgr from having to add it later as I noticed it on all negative review responses. *REVISED* and updated to do privacy concerns. Removed the name listed besides the service provider himself. My family has gone to Dr. Tuazon at Vacaville Dental Care (VDC) for over 9 years. I had always taken pride in having a trusting relationship with our dentist. The office is nice and the staff is friendly. The business is owned by husband and wife. Dr. Tuazon (Dr. T) is the dentist. He is usually gentle, soft-spoken and takes his time to explain things to his patients. The kids aren't afraid of going to the dentist because they are comfortable with him. I never had many complaints until this last year. My family has always had duel dental insurance coverage so I never took the time to look over statements and claims. When I started having concerns about some of our dental care and looking over our statements, I started noticing a lot of "errors" in our billing. After extensive review of all of our dental records and accounts, I realized that we were overcharged on multiple occasions, we were charged for a service that was never rendered, and I believe we have been victims of unnecessary treatment. Dr. T accused me of being a negligent mother when he realized he made a mistake that could have relapsed my daughter's cross bite that he had been treating for a couple of years. I was completely offended because I put my family's dental/medical care top priority. Her two front teeth are re-crossing. After much headache and stress, I have decided to chop up her ortho, with his office, as a loss. Treating her cross-bite has cost thousands of dollars. I've had her evaluated by another orthodontist, and I'm having to accept the fact that I will have to put her in another expander to correct the cross bite that I already spent thousands correcting. Her two front teeth are slowly moving back, and this is WITH the "retainers" he installed. As for myself, Dr. T offered to do surgical implants for me as a "trial study" for a new guided implant surgery he wanted to start doing. I had two baby teeth that I never lost, and he suggested implants. He had mentioned implants to me in the past, but I never did anything with it because I knew I couldn't afford it. After he assured me there was a good chance medical insurance would cover the procedure, I agreed to sign up. Long story short - when he started to realize medical wasn't going to pay for the procedure, he unnecessarily put me in Invisalign. AFTER he extracted two of my teeth, he told me that I would need braces and I would have to pay over $5000 to get braces. In addition to the $5K for braces, he later was coercing me to put veneers on my four front teeth for an additional $4,800 ($1200 per veneer) That would have been a total of $9,800. I declined the veneers because I didn't want to compromise the strength of those teeth. The plan all along had been to re-shape two of my teeth not to do veneers. he told be that re-shaping them would be considered cosmetic and that I would have to pay out of pocket for it. I was fine with that and I agreed to it. What I found out later was that he had also billed my insurance anyway and they paid. So he was going to get payment twice. I left his office toothless and in tears. I felt like he was trying to get his money one way or the other. The whole process was long and exhausting. There was setback after setback. In the end, he didn't even end up using the guided surgery procedure. He took me out of Invisalign, didn't complete treatment and is still trying to charge me for them. He has even sent me to collections. I was sent a notice on May 25th and was told that I needed to pay over $2000 by May 31st to avoid collection action. He did my implants "freehand", and one of my implants is off center. I could go on and on, but quite frankly, it's so exhausting to even think about. I've had many sleepless nights because of this dentist. If you do decide to go to VDC, be very cautious of his suggestions and check your bills VERY carefully. Most people don't check.. There are a lot of good reviews on here. I'm sure most of the people who wrote them have had good experiences with him. I always had. Although most of them probably only left a review because he offers to credit your account $50 if you do. Heads up, you'll probably be diagnosed with periodontal disease when you go. Quality work? Mostly. Ethical dentist? Not in my opinion. He has also threatened to sue me for leaving my honest experience on Yelp and Yellow pages. I have pictures of my daughter's teeth after braces, and her two front teeth are crossed and she still has a cross bite. After seeing a reputable orthodontist in Vacaville she needs a full ortho treatment. I would not recommend him for ortho treatment. He should stick to general dentistry. I posted a picture of my daughter's teeth after having braces. . In addition to sending me to collections for my treatment, he also sent me to collections for my daughters treatment. Wonderful and best place I've ever been to for the dentist. Tthe staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They make sure you are involved in every step and keep you very informed on what their plan is and the next steps to take to keep your mouth in perfect condition. They support a wide range of insurance plans including Delta Dental (Military) and are very good about getting price estimates on how much insurance will pay BEFORE they put you down on any payment plan. When you get care done here, they make sure that when you leave you are completely informed on what they did, what you need to do to keep up their brillant work, and what needs to be done in the future. Completely recommended to all, I even refer my own family there. I got my wisdom teeth taken out there recently and the doctor personally called me a couple days later (which in my case was a Sunday) to make sure I was feeling ok and following the tips he gave me for quickly healing. I brought my mother there for a deep cleaning and she was completely terrified, but after the procedure and all the care and attention they gave her, by the time we were ready to leave- she hugged the doctor to say thanks! read more

I saw Vacaville Dental and chose them based on the great reviews given here. The Dr. was very nice and everyone was very friendly. I did have to wait 30min to be seen, but that's typical and don't hold it against them. Honestly that is kind of expected anywhere, but the prices do not make up for the service. The xrays were $144.00 and the exam itself was $85. That's $229 just to be seen. They wanted to start with a deep cleaning which was a total of $1400!!!!! This included a $150 electric toothbrush that they require you to buy as a part of their "treatment plan". They made it clear they wouldn't do any other work until the deep cleaning was done, which basically caps out my insurance with the xray/exam. I came in for a filling replacement, a cleaning, and a crown. They managed to rack up a bill of $6500 total for all the work they felt was needed. It's like taking your car in for basic maintenance, and having them tell you they are replacing the seats cause they aren't soft enough, and repainting your car because of a few chips. Saw another great dentist 6 months ago who quoted $2500 for the work actually needed. I'm not sure if some of the other people writing the reviews are friends, but this place will try to milk you for whatever they can. read more

My family had successful orthodontic treatment with two children with another orthodontist and then moved to Vacaville. We decided to use Vacaville Dental because it was close to our home. Everything was fine until it wasn't and then the issue was Dr. T's behavior. Bella and the other dental staff were always very courteous and professional. I prepaid for orthodontic treatment here for my child. Eventually my older child was schedule for a dental procedure that required her taking medication the morning of the procedure. On arrival, there was no staff present. We waited over an hour with no response to my telephone calls and texts. There was a scheduling error on their part which understandably can happen, but what was not acceptable was Dr. T's response to my daughter being upset and worried about other potential errors. She understandably needed reassurance. He was immediately defensive and raised his voice. Against my better judgement, I continued my other child's orthodontic treatment because I unfortunately had prepaid for the treatment. Eventually there was another issue concerning scheduling and poor communication and Dr. T's response to my concern was again not appropriate. We decided that it was best for our family to change orthodontists. Vacaville Dental eventually partially refunded what we paid. We switched to another orthodontist and finished treatment without issue. I recommend reading other reviews and definitely not pre-paying for treatment. read more

This place is so wonderful they took me in right away today. My situation was I broke my tooth in half while eating in the morning i was freaking out and didn't know where to go or do. Every place was booked when I called this place I checked their reviews and seem like they did an awesome job. They were really concerned about my broken tooth and switch lunch's with their dentist to make sure I was taken care same day. Not only did the dentist and assistant help me out and walk me through the whole process very easily and explained everything. They even stayed extra hour after hours to finish up my tooth. She prevented me from having a root canal end up giving me just a Crown and save me from being in pain while I go on vacation next week. I love coming here to Vacaville Dental Care. Yes, i actually like going to the dentist when it comes to going here. I went to a different dentist for 20 years and when it was sold i came to VDC and i love it. The staff is so personable. They remember things you've talked about before and ask how the family is doing. We all go to them now. Dr. T has been very accommodating and very good. I have a smaller mouth and he's always finding ways to make sure I'm comfortable during procedures. Bella, Nicole, and Cynthia have always been wonderful to work with. BEST TEAM EVER!!!! I know going to the dentist isn't always fun but Vacaville Dental Care made every time a fun one. Getting a crown is never fun but they make you feel like a star with min pain. I have received the best advice and the correct way to proceed. I am a military wife who's been to more dentist then I would like. I came to them in 2014 and the second I walked in I knew this would be the best!!!! The staff is always friendly. The team makes me feel like a rock star. I have received teeth whiting, Invisalign, many cleanings my two kids ages 12-11 both go here. I could go on and on but there is truly only one word that describes the amazing team at Vacaville Dental Care..... EXTRAORDINARY!!!! Military members beware! If you're in the military and need a DD Form 2813 completed by your dentist, look elsewhere. After 20 years in the Air Force, this is the first time I've had a dentist mark me down as a "class 3" because of a cavity. Even after explaining the severity of what "class 3" is, he wouldn't listen to reason. Find a more reasonable dentist before waisting your money/insurance here. UPDATE... just to bring this review full circle. I was evaluated by our military dentist at DGMC this last weekend (2 weeks after visiting this dentist). DGMC recommended a possible crown for one tooth, and a filling for another. They assigned me a "CLASS 2" designation and sent me on my way. I just finished reading the other negative reviews, and couldn't agree more. He also told me that he recommended re-doing every single one of my other fillings. Two of which where done within the last year! Apparently, from reading the other reviews, this is common here. read more

I recently found myself in need of a new dentist and came across Vacaville Dental Care. I made an appointment and had an exam/cleaning. During the exam I felt Dr. T was very pushy about getting pre-approvals for a lot of work that me and my other dentist felt was not needed. Dr. T wanted to drill and fill all of my easily accessible teeth (8 teeth total). This was a complete surprise to me as I have always been pretty careful with taking care of my teeth. Even Dr. T agreed that these teeth didn't have any cavities yet, but they "might" get them in the future. I began to miss my other dentist and drove over an hour to see him. He put a couple sealants in and sent me on my way (I think 3 sealants - yes only sealants not complete fillings like Dr. T. wanted to do). This included hard to reach teeth that my old dentist felt were important to seal. He said the teeth that Dr. T wanted to do full fillings on were completely fine. Remember, Dr. T wanted to do complete fillings in 8 (yes 8!) of my easily reached teeth (top and bottom on both sides). Please avoid this place, they are definitely out for the insurance money. If you do go and get a recommendation on what work is to be done, use a little common sense - Is it just the easy to reach teeth? Are they filling for cavities that aren't there yet because you "might" get them in the future? Are they recommending you re-do work that has already been done and there are no problems with yet because he says you "just have to re-do it" every so often? If you use common sense you'll agree with me that the recommendations they give at this place are way out of line and you too will go somewhere else. This place put fast braces on me and i was not happy with the results when i got them taken off. Dr. T did not address my concerns, i think because he knows he messed up. I ended up having to go to a real orthodontist to get normal braces and will have to be in them for an additional 2 years. DO NOT GET fast braces especially at this office ! Also, they said i had a crack in my back tooth, which is no where to be found upon inspection from a different dentist. I feel like i got robbed ! read more

I honestly have to say this is the BEST dentist I have ever had in my 23+ years of living! PERSONAL EXPERIENCE My toddler son and I recently had to get a cleaning. Since my son was a little hesitant at first, we decided that I go first so he can watch. I swear I didn't feel a single thing. The dentist was extremely gentle with all of his equipment and fast. I probably only sat in the chair a total of 15-20 minutes. During that time, the dentist not only asked my son questions about cartoons and his favorite activities but also explained to him everything that he was doing in my mouth and why he was using certain equipment. I can tell that son felt comforted by this. Then, it was my son's turn. Cue music: "Dun, dun, dun". JUST KIDDING! The dentist was extremely patient and gentle while taking X-Rays and cleaning his teeth. Granted my son was holding my hand almost the entire time, but I never seen my son flinch nor did I feel him squeeze my hand because he was in pain. After my son and I had our cleaning and we each received a "goodie bag" (tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and stickers for the kid), my husband arrived to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The procedure itself took about 2 hours and my husband (since he had to stay awake) was given headphones and an option of a movie from their extensive library while they did their thing in his mouth. (NOTE: Each patient chair has a flat screen TV. However, I noticed only those with long procedures are given the option of a movie.) Anyways, my point is that even though the dentist did a "surgery" in my husband's mouth, my husband felt that he was very gentle. In addition, my husband did not have any complaints nor complications the following days after "surgery". The dentist was even kind enough to call us personally to see how my husband was. STAFF From what I have seen, there is one main dentist and two receptionists. One of the receptionists is also his dental assistant during X-Rays and long procedures (ex. removing wisdom teeth). Everyone is very friendly and even though they know your name (Duh! You made an appointment.) they still treat and make you feel welcome with their smiles and conversations. read more

This place is terrible. I had some work done and in the 6 months it took to complete it, totaling 3 separate visits, I saw 3 separate doctors who were all telling me something different. One doctor apparently mistook a piece of food for a cavity. When he filled my cavity I noticed my bite was different, so he filed it down. Despite my protests that it still didn't feel right his response was "I've been doing this for 15 years." The 3rd and final doctor I saw just started doing a filling for a cavity that NO ONE told me about. I only realized it after she numbed the other side of my mouth and they tried telling me that it was pointed out on my last visit. Then they tried to schedule me for a 3rd cleaning in a year, despite my insurance not covering it. This place is so messed up. They need to get their act together. I will not be returning. read more
