***Pre COVID-19 Visit*** When I was stationed at Travis AFB, this place was the BEST place to walk around on a nice sunny day. Tons of stores like the Nike Factory Outlet, Polo, PAC Sun and many more. Plenty of parking, but make sure you come early, especially during the holiday season. People are going to be mad scrambling looking for parking spots. I also liked how they had random food trucks scattered throughout the outlets. You easily can spend an entire afternoon here because there's always plenty to do. I'll for sure be back when I'm visiting Northern CA. read more

Van's outlet. Are they confused? Do they think they're an old timey shoe store? I couldn't believe it. Greeted by not one but probably three employees who actually looked at us and smiled. Jose found the shoes I wanted, helped me get a deal on the second pair, and was generally just super kind and helpful. I mentioned when I checked out that they must have good management if everyone is so happy and helpful. She said, "yea. We have a pretty cool manager." Great experience. read more

Came here last weekend and had a really fun time shopping at all these little outlets. I forgot that come here several times in the past but when I arrived I remember coming here. Everything was on sale this past weekend which made for a very fun shopping experience and day. I hit up the North Face store the Nike store the Timberland store and where else to go oh yeah the coach store as well. I've got a bunch of really good bargains at all these stores while I was there. I think total I saved around $300 and spent at most a hundred $10 or $120. That was a huge savings for me and I got almost everything I needed for my Christmas list this year. That made me a very happy camper for sure. It was however extremely packed the weekend that I was up here. There was absolutely no parking and I want to having to circle the parking lot at this for 15 to 20 minutes to find a decent parking spot while. There was also a ton of security of the Nike Store which was to be expected. And why were talking about the Nike store, it was actually the most chaotic store at the outlets of all the outlets. I walked into the Nike store in their own boxes and clothes thrown all over the place. But, The North Face store was actually even more crowded but less chaotic as far as the apparel and other things in the store being thrown around and tossed on the floor. Wound up leaving the outlets around 5 o'clock or so which gave me approximately three to four hours to kind of wander around and go through all the shops in Vacaville. Had a good time with the family going to the outlets and I got all my Christmas shopping done what else could I have asked for. Regular malls are sinking in popularity like the Titanic and so people flock to discount outlets and online shopping instead. The way this area got built up over the past years shows that physical brick stores are still kicking but that consumers tastes have changed. Traditional malls with endlessly long dark interior halls are apparently no longer desirable. People prefer stores where you can park close to what you want without having to walk past stores of no interest. Modern trendy stores can be found here. I've always been suspicious of outlet mall quality so be on guard if your buying something expensive or something you plan to keep for a while. Parking always ok as are the patrons here. Seems to be a pleasant city and a great, convenient mid point stop between the bay and Sacramento. read more

I remember coming here back in the day and they had a lot of the stores that I enjoyed. It was always busy here on the weekends so you know this place got a lot of traction. Over the years this place seemed to get less and less busy. The stores are not as full, some stores closed, the parking lots not as full either. This plaza has a very western cowboy ambiance with all the wood siding clad buildings. The parking lot here is incredibly large. There's a lot of brand name stores. The food court here consisting of Taco Bell and a couple other things feels out of place. The interior barely has any lights and looks like its due for a renovation. read more

I love the vacaville outlets. They have just about everything including : Adidas, Converse, Coach, MK, American Eagle, Nike, Gap etc... On one side of the outlets they have a taco bell. I was there just yesterday and saw that it seemed to be combined with other restaurants. I dislike taco bell but since outside it seemed like there were other options my friend and I went in. As i'm going in I go to the place I THOUGHT I was going to order from. No where was there a sign that taco bell was the only one open. I stood in line starring at the menu up until a really nice elderly came and informed me that taco bell is the only one running. One of the employees was so rude I will be providing a photo. Did not get her face, but body shape, hair color shirt. I was waiting patiently to ask the cashier a question and she yells from across and asks what my name is to see if that is my order. I've worked at chuck e. cheese and i know what it's like to be under pressure. However, there were just enough people to do a group hug with Not busy at all. Everyone around me seemed to also have a bad time with the lady. I don't know specifically what it is but someone walked passed me and "She's bitchy". I responded with "I'll be writing a review". I love the outlets! I feel like outlets are better than regular malls since you get the nice brands for cheap! There are a ton of Asians who hoard handbags at the stores and re-sell it in Asia... I mean hey... everybody has their grind... My favorite part about VPO is that they have Kate Spade! AHHH! They also have Gucci,Coach, Michael Kors, Nike, Abercrombie & Fitch, The North Face etc. I could seriously spend hours here... The only thing that sucks is parking on weekends. You'll be circling around for a long time. Also, they need a better food court. read more

Why do I get hoodwinked every year during this time of the season to drive 2 hours just to shop at far, far away places at the same stores that are closer to home? Oh...it's called marriage. The Vacaville Outlet Mall is split into two plazas. One side has the more expensive, or "name brand" stores (Coach, Gucci, BCBG, Nike, etc.). That side is also the side with the large majority of the sporting stores (Nike, Under Armor, etc.). Good luck finding parking over on this side. The other side (and for the sake of keeping ourselves sane, let's call it side B) has more of the "affordable" stores. This side caters to the females and babies more than anything (in my opinion). Side A caters more to boys and adults. Side B is the plaza closer to Sam's Club. You'll have better luck finding parking over here. Overall, this is a big touristy spot in Vacaville. I used to work in the Outlet Mall, in side A, and we would get tour buses of people coming here. Tourists--- mainly from China, South Korea, Japan, and Germany--- would get on these shopping tours where they stop at every main shopping area between SF and Sac. It gets pretty busy during the weekends and holidays. So choose wisely and come shopping on a Tuesday or something. One other thing to consider is that the outlet mall doesn't really have a huge amount of food spots to choose from. Side A has a "food court" that is a taco bell and sandwich shop mixed together. Side B has a Subway and a Chocolate store where you can buy carmel apples and the random other stuff. Luckily, you're surrounded by a lot of eateries. Across the street from the Outlet Mall is an Olive Garden, Popeye's, Carl's Jr., etc. Hometown Buffet, Tahoe Joe's, and a few other random places are to the side of the Outlet Mall as well. Down the street there's an In n Out, Applebee's, and a few other places. Across the Bridge is Nut Tree Plaza where there's even more shopping (Old Navy, Wet Seal, Tilly's, etc.) and restaurants. read more

This is a great stop when traveling back and forth between the Bay Area and Reno / Tahoe. That said, outlets are usually selling off season items and all of these outlets seem to be selling for the season. I tend to shop outlets in summer for a winter wardrobe and vice versa. Every store I stopped in was dialed in for summer. That said, when the deals were there they were incredible. Vans had buy one get one free so I wound up with 2 pairs of shoes for $45. That's a great deal. Oakley - not an outlet but great prices and great customer service. The restrooms are sparse but more important they are not well appointed. They are unclean and look neglected. Also, you need to leave the outlet area to find real food. That's not well planned for people who want to shop for extended periods of time. I would also suggest arriving early to ensure parking. Once the stores have been open a few hours the lot is packed and your across the parking lot from the stores you want to patronize. read more

The outlet use to be nice but they let corporate greed ruin anything redeemable about this place and turned it into a money grubbing center and not caring about the victims who suffer their forced rules and ways. ( The employees of all the shops and workers in lower management) This is one of those locations that force every store to operate under the Center's chosen time. Meaning, if they say all stores have to be open 24 hours, all stores HAVE to remain open or else they can no longer rent their building. It's horrible for holidays, or special days for people such as Thanksgiving. All the workers I've talked to seems to have a personal dislike or hatred for this center, both workers of the various shops, or even the people who clean the bathrooms. Just another location with all greed, no heart or soul. With that out of the way, their security is a total joke. They are merely there to deterrent any crimes, not actually stop them. If they see you getting robbed, or a car getting broken into, security can't do anything but report the crime. And that's even if they decide to do their job. Every time I have gone to the outlets, I see a bunch of security guards just hanging out near shops, talking to each other and joking around to each other and not doing their actual jobs ( If you can call "security" their job) Also from what I have seen, there are NO cameras anywhere. So if any crime DID happen, and security didn't see it, the criminals got away and no evidence can be given to help catch the ones who did it. Way to go, Simon's! Treat your tenants and workers like garbage and show how much you appreciate them with lazy no good security, and lack of anything to help ANYONE if a crime DOES happen. read more

We only had an hour to shop. Can you imagine? So we made the most of it. Ran into Merrell's and looked at some shoes. Then ran into Nike. Spent so much time there that it only left ten minutes for Adiddas. Of the three, we only made purchases at Nike. As with anything you need to know your prices beforehand. Not everything at an outlet is a considerable savings. Many times you can score better at a department store during a sale. But shopping at an outlet gives you a temporary sense of saving money. Of the various Premium Outlets, this complex is one of the larger ones besides the one in Gilroy both of which are within an hour to two hours of San Francisco. read more

I usually go here a few times a year to stock up on new shoes and work clothes. I go almost solely for Nine West, Gap, and Banana Republic. I usually leave with one or two (or six) pairs of shoes and some cool work appropriate clothing items. The Banana always has fishnet socks which I wear a few times a week and stock up on every time I make it over to the outlets. If you are going to the outlets from the Bay Area then I highly recommend stopping by Adalberto's (http://www.yelp.com/biz/adalbertos-mexican-food-fairfield) in Fairfield for a quick, inexpensive, tasty lunch. It is also a good idea to go to the outlets early, right when they open, so you can avoid some of the afternoon crowds. If you are a planner like my friends and me you can even download a map of the outlets on-line so you can map out your shopping course. Conveniently located between the Bay area and Tahoe. I live in Tahoe in a tiny 3-stop light town, so once in a blue moon, I get itchy to do mad shopping and make it a point to stop here for a day (or more)'s worth of spending money or just window shopping. As long as I don't do this more than once a year, I'm good. So my strategy is to wear 1) comfy walking shoes, 2) go early and 3) clothes that don't require a lot of zipping and unbuttoning - hello leggings, tunic shirt and flip flops. Think carefully - some offer some pretty fantastic end of season discounts or if there's a holiday, great sales - otherwise, an outlet doesn't necessarily mean a bargain. read more

The idea of "Premium" implies that something is better than average -- it's excellent. "Outlet", retail at a discount. I did not find very many "Premium" stores. During my last visit, I was disappointed to see that the Gucci store was no longer there. There is however, plenty of other shopping , but many of the items that I found did not appear to be heavily discounted. Bath and Body had the same discounts that are in the regular discounted stores. Nike did have great discounts on shoes, but most of the shoes were from past seasons not really in style anymore. The clothing at Nike were not significantly discounted. Kate Spade and Micheal Kor had some discounts but again these items were all from previous seasons. No deep discounts, you may find just as good discounts in the regular retail stores on sales days read more

A discount off a high base price, might not be such a good deal after all. I won't go out of my way to come here, but if I happen to be by, maybe. After all, I do like to shop. The best outlets in the bay area besides Gilroy Outlets. The most amazing stores they have are Gucci and Burberry Outlets! Although some of them were pretty outdated and never seen in the regular retail stores before, but it's always nice to get some name brand in lower price. I wish Gilroy has Gucci and Burberry outlets too so that I don't need to drive all the way to Vacaville. read more

I wasn't expecting much and was blown away! I stopped by for a quick visit on my way home from San Francisco. Next time I'll plan for more time. Unlike other outlets this isn't a slowly dying beast. Lots of well known brands. Some of my favorites are White House black market, banana republic, loft, and carters. The parking is tight so I'd recommend finding a central spot and plan to walk quite a ways. There are a few quick spots for bites to eat, but mostly retail stores. If you head to the website you can get a coupon voucher for some of the stores. Most of the stores seem to be factory outlets. So lower prices and cheaper fabrics than at the regular stores, but great value! read more

When it comes to shopping im the type of the person that goes in already knowing what I want, not much of a browser unless it is online, only really go into these stores to see if what is online looks just as good. dont go to this place during any 3 day weekends unless you want to be cussing out all the people stealing your parking even though you were waiting for that spot for 10 minutes. They have some good place but this spaces themselves are fairly small and so it doesn't take much to get stores congested with not that many people, but they have ok selection and discounts but Livermore outlets is a far better outlet mall that this one. Parking is ok on a normal time of year but even then it still looks packed. It is my number 3 go to outlet mall in a 2 hour range from our house. read more

I stopped by as the store was on the way during a trip last month. It was after Christmas and the TNF Outlet continues to have their 50% off the entire store. Similar in inventory to the location in Gilroy but this location is a tad bit smaller in size. I found myself a black soft shell wind jacket in a size small. It was a good deal with the 50% off. Quite happy with this purchase as it is hard finding a size small in the color black. read more

One of my favourite places to go shopping! I feel like you can always count on the stores here to have great deals and the shopping center is always clean and the atmosphere is very friendly! The layout of the outlets is huge and there is usually always parking (although it can get busy on the weekends!). Some of my favorite places to go shopping is at Charlotte Russe, Coach, Nike, Adidas and BCBG. Theses places always have a great promotion going on so definitely stop by these shops. read more

Note: I love the selection of stores. Up to today I also had no problems with the management office However today October 18th, 2o21I had a really horrible experience. This is just a review of the management office. Knowing that the management office at Simon is no longer customer friendly in that they only close at at 5:00PM, no longer sre open on weekends or holiday I listened to the voice prompts at the Simon recording about getting gift cards. It says that they were available for any amount and to go to the Simon office or purchase on line Today the general manager refused to sell me a gift card. He even asked if I was new to there. I have bought for many years without problems. Even when they did not know how to do the promotions I patiently waited 30-40 minutes on many occasions. But today the person was rude and claimed that the 1 employee they have there was gone for 1 week vacation He claimed that this 1 person was the only person who was able to sell gift cards. They had all your gift cards out and they were open. There was no sign that said they could not be able to sell the gift card. Their phone message and recording make no mention of not being able to get gift cards because 1 person went on a 1 week vacation.I hope they did not discriminate against me because of my race. Or maybe this person just was tired or lazy and did not want to be bothered. read more

I'm a big fan of the Vacaville outlets. Unlike other outlet malls, I'm looking at you San Francisco Premium Outlets...., this place is never TOO crazy. Now I wouldn't suggest coming here during peak times such as before Christmas, but that can apply anywhere. I love the North Face Outlet, Kate Spade store, and Gap and Banana Republic as well as J.Crew are some of my favorites. Although they really do have something for everyone here! My only qualm is that the outlet is divided by a major intersection which means you have to cross the street to get to some stores which can be cumbersome when carrying lots of bags etc. read more

This Vacaville Outlets had its legacy until high end businesses started to close and moved to Livermore Outlets. Which to me doesn't make any sense. As this Outlet is between SF and Sacramento, folks who travel going to Lake Tahoe and so on. All high end stores no longer exist and opening unknown stores. Which I think lessen foot traffic. Also the restaurants and Starbucks are closed. read more

We visited here on our trip back from Napa valley. Let me tell you the parking after Christmas is a zoo that we had to park in the Residence Inn. Well, my wife was impressed with the purse stores- Prada and Gucci from what I remembered as well as Kate Spade. There was a line for the Lacoste store I think but got in later and was not impressed. Lines for bathrooms which was annoying but interesting to see different stores here. read more

If you're looking for some discounted prices or good deals, then I think a stop at these premium outlets is worth your time. I was impressed with the selection of stores at this outlet location which include Gap, Banana Republic, Aldo, Fossil, Puma, Skechers, and Bath & Body Works to name a few. The outlet is divided into east and west plazas, and I would highly recommend taking a look at the center map online or at one of the information displays at the outlet. I think this will help you decide where and what stores you want to go to instead of driving around to each of the plazas and seeing what they have. I shopped at both the Gap and Bath & Body works outlet and each store had pretty good sales. Bottom Line: Worth your time if you've got some. read more

Having previously lived a number of years in Vacaville, I never found anything particularly impressive about the Vacaville Premium Outlets. Any time I'm back in town, that sentiment hasn't changed much. I'm not a bargain hunting shopaholic so trudging around a vast retail wasteland isn't my idea of fun. The Vacaville Premium Outlets, nonetheless, is a valuable shopping resource in Vacaville. There's been enough times when I needed to get some specific item & managed to find it at the Outlets. Pricing for stuff I've bought at the Outlets has generally been good but not so great that I understand why people come from out of town to shop here. The Vacaville Premium Outlets is an OK place to go shopping for stuff. The Deals are OK & the selection of stores is fairly large. So too is the amount real estate you'll have to cover to go shopping from 1 store to the next. Given the weekend crowds & how hot it can get in the Summer in Vacaville, shopping here is sometimes worth it & sometimes not. read more
