A few weeks ago I was in search of a new pair of running shoes, just for comfort, walking long distances and going to K-pop concerts, so I decided to hit the outlets. I found exactly what I was looking for, at the right price! The Nike Flex Experience Run 11 is great for everyday use. So light weight, it feels like I'm walking on freaking clouds! These shoes are great for the gym, at home workouts, etc. They only set me back 40 bucks! I'll definitely buy another pair in the future, when these need to be replaced! read more

This was my 1st time at this particular Nike outlet. My Boyfriend said he really like this store because they had good deals, and they did! A gentleman asked me if I needed help, and I was just too short to see the top shelves, so he assisted me in looking/checking out a pair of shoes for my son. This Nike store compares with the San Leandro one in that it has more regular stock - not the 'leftovers' with torn off lids only. I was surprised to see how much regular retail was available here. The shoes are on display on the endcap and there are tons of sizes and stock in the shelves. There are some 'leftover' shoes too - deeply discounted - and I think 20% or 40% more off the already low prices for bargain hunters. In this area I found some PREMIUM air max 90s in my size but wasn't feeling the color and they are too squishy compared to the skateboard shoes I normally wear with ground feel. Also found some Dunk premiums - but not in a color I like too much. They would look good with camo and I just loved the premium leather - they were so cheap - I'm sure won't last as somebody will probably make a buck on them on ebay. Normally I like black or blue shoes - maybe a 'natural' brown leather also - but - I didn't find anything here this time. read more

Ran into the outlet to look for some shoes. Upon entry into the store, the store appeared to be very clean, we were greeted by really nice sales associates. They had a great selection of everything you could possibly want sweats, sweatshirts, jackets, shoes, socks, underwear, T-shirts and accessories. Just a really nice selection. I love that the evening that I went it was not super busy. We were able to walk around take our time look at everything we wanted or found interesting and also the checkout line was really short. There was only about four people in front of us and they had two cashiers working at the time. There was an associate walking around seeing seeing if anyone needed any help and he was super nice. Because of the flow of the store and everyone was so nice and we got to take our time to look around. There were a few items purchased, and we were very satisfied with our experience. The parking lot was pretty full, but we were able to look around and check out without filling claustrophobic, or that there were too many people around us. It was a great experience. I love Nike Factory Outlet!! Great Nike items for almost 50% off!?!! Sign me up! I've come to this store many times over the years, and I'm finally writing a review. Don't judge me! LOL. I stopped by today to pick up some items for my man as a gift. I forgot today was President's Day! Soon as I arrived in store, the place was packed! The line was long! I was determined to find what I need and just wait it out in line. Wait it out I did! They played some old school hip hop tunes that kept me entertained in line, tapping my fingers and everything. LOL. The cashier who assisted me was really nice and had some really cute nails (shout out to you girl!!). I paid for my stuff and I was on my way. I will return at some point. Definitely the biggest Nike factory store I've ever visited. The last two times I was here. They even had crowd control line at the door. That was even before Christmas shopping started! You have to have your email available to pay at the register. Customer service was wonderful. The person that helped me was also able to get something shipped to my home when they didn't have it in the store that was very helpful because I was shopping with a very picky teenager. I don't blame him. I am the same way shopping for my clothes! On a recent visit, I really fell in love with a pair of shoes and didn't get them. The next day I called the factory store near my house in Folsom, and they did not carry that shoe. I also found them online but they were about $40 more expensive than at the store. I ended up spending the extra money when I should've just got them while I was here. Lesson learned. read more

This location has a ton of memories because I'd always beg my parents to stop at, every time we would make a trip to Tahoe, so anytime I am driving North, it's kind of a give-in that I'm going to stop in and see the selection. The staff here was super friendly, always asking if I needed a bag, and the line moved quick. The main reason for the 3-star review is the selection and pricing. I dunno if supply chain issues are a thing, but the Nike stores don't have as much of the extra deals like they used to pre-pandemic. Typically at the Factory store, you'll find pricing that's 30-70% off the original price. At this store, a lot of the shoes were full price or pretty close to it. Same thing with the clothes. The pricing on the main nike website is pretty close to what you'll be paying here, so shopping online might be the best way to go, especially if you wear 9.5, because that size is hard to find. I did find one hidden gem, and picked up a pair of Jordan 1's for only $79. Anytime you can find a pair of 1's for that price, I'm going to grab a pair and luckily they had my size. Although the pricing isn't as good as it used to be, I'd still stop by because you can always find something, especially if you like Nike as much as I do. If you haven't already, download the nike app/pass so you can get additional discounts. They'll send you a birthday discount (10% off a $100 purchase) to use in-store/online, but I'd only use it in-store since I'm prolly purchasing more in-store than I am online. read more

Browsing through the store when I noticed a pair of shoes I buy multiple times a year that were marked more than half off. I asked an employee and he said that was the wrong price as they just shifted all the merchandise the night before. As I was checking out I asked the manager Gina if she could honor that price and she did. I've shopped at this Nike outlet store many times over the years (from my teenage years until now). I'm mainly reviewing my most recent visit here prior to Christmas of last year. As with any Nike outlet store, they have a decent selection of toddlers, kids, women's, and men's shoes. I was able to quickly find my little cousin a nice-looking pair of shoes that he can wear for a little while (he's a toddler). Customer service was outstanding for me on this recent visit. I believe I was still in my second-trimester pregnancy during that time, so I was able to take advanced of the seating options when I got too tired. One of the staff members noticed me, since I was sitting for quite some time, and asked if I needed any help finding anything. Since I was mainly waiting on my family members, I decided to ask him if they had any maternity clothing options available. He was able to successfully locate them and show me their location. He warned me in advance that the maternity section was limited since they recently had a sale on them and were able to clear a lot of the inventory. The women's clothing options are OK; however, they do not have a bunch of options catering to tall women like myself (story of my life). After browsing for quite some time, I was able to find some thick sweatpants that were long enough for me. Since most of the maternity items weren't tall women-friendly, I was able to get the sweatpants in a much larger size to accommodate my growing belly. I didn't bother, however, looking at the long-sleeve tops or jackets. 4 out of 5 stars for the customer service and decent shoe selection. read more

Very busy on a Friday! Huge line so a bit concerned that they are not adequately staffed. They have an ample selection of Nike shoes and a large apparel section. There is not a great flow of where to select shoes and then to try on. There's loud music playing. It's not a relaxing or peaceful atmosphere to try on shoes, it was a stress bomb! I need a quieter environment to make good selections. Also the prices did not seem particularly great, I've had better Nike deals at Famous Footwear (but obviously not the selection). If you don't mind crowds and loud music and aren't looking for a deal, the selection is excellent. Otherwise I would advise moving on! read more

This is one of the original outlet stores in the Vacaville Premium Outlets when they're first to open and at the same location as they're today. The Nike outlet store in Vacaville is one of the biggest stories in the mall. It has more items than most of the Nike outlets at the other outlet malls in Northern California. The store is very busy all the time. But everything inside is well organized and easy to find. This is one of the oldest and best Nike outlet stores. The employees are somewhat helpful if you're looking for help and happen to found one. They don't have too many workers on the floor. However, the check-out counters are very fast even they have a long line. The parking lot is pretty busy at this section of the outlet mall. I believe it is because the Nike store is here. You can found a parking space much easier if you're willing to walk for a short distance from the other side of the parking lot. read more

This store has a lot of selection- sometimes they have a good shipment, so it's a hit or miss when you do go- but I've been able to score some dope shoes here since moving to Vacaville. They have a good selection for everyone in your family- this is a go to when it's Christmas time- the sales!! The sales are really good and it helps if you are a Nike plus member-sign up online and have them scan your QR code so it remembers what you bought previously. (Before I used to get discounts for being a Nike plus member, and I really liked it when they had you fill out a survey in order to get a discount code for the next time you shop there- Nike bring that back!!) The lines here can get long, especially over the weekend, so bring your patience, and your credit card! Overall, Nike has always been one of my top stores to shop- I will be back! read more

Decided to go shopping with my family and buy a few items. Well it was the worst experience ever which is shopping while being African American. All of the employees came out and was following us around each aisle like we were thieves and there to steal. I'm a hardworking individual who is a social worker and help people for a living. It was the most uncomfortable feeling especially having my children with me. I spoke to the manager and made him aware of his staff, that was keeping a close eye on us but he really wasn't that sincere about it. I'll be following up with corporate for sure!!!! So sad and won't be going back to that store for sure!!! I hope they know that all black people are not thieves and some have better jobs than they'll ever have!!! I went here for the first time. I always wanted to go here. I got a pair and shoes and some running clothes. The woman in the dressing room was very helpful getting me more sizes. The cashier was also helpful letting me know the prices of each item so I was able to remove some of the more expensive items. For example one pair of shorts was $20 and a similar pair of shorts was $35 so I removed the more expensive item. So many items are on sale or discount here that it can be a little confusing to be 100 percent certain of the final price. The parking lot was a bit crowded but you can find parking if you are willing to walk. Be warned it gets very hot here. I went in September and it was cooking! The entrance said "exit only" and I found myself walking around the building trying to find the entrance. But there was none. So I had to back to the exit only sign. Turns out the entrance was right next to the exit only sign. I found that confusing as the entrance was not marked. I noticed other customers making the same mistake I did and I pointed out to a family making the same mistake I did and walking around the side where the entrance was. There is lots of good food in the area, lots of restaurants nearby. Also there are a lot of places to go hiking (I suggest morning time when it is cool). So you can go hike, hit the outlets, the. Get lunch and maybe catch a movie too. Vacaville is an interesting place. Anyways, 5 stars for the store and I would go back. Less people on weekdays. Busy on the weekends. Plenty of staff so no big deal either way, just faster and less crowded on weekdays. read more

The concept of bargain prices on top brands is always appealing but the actual experience leaves a lot to be desired. I've been in these doors several times on different occasions and it's always the same - huge crowds, people everywhere eeking out space to try on shoes and shoe boxes open on the floor. And amidst it all, I rarely find the size or style I'm looking for. Most disappointing of all is a generally unhelpful staff who seem to know very little about the product or where to find it. When I do find what I need, however, it is quite the find, so I suppose that makes it all worth it. read more

They try to organize the selves to the point of putting enclosures to close off customers as they clean up an aisle... dang! it'd been that bad?!?!? People were nice at the counter so thats a plus. Visit June 2020: I recommend you visit on a weekday prior to Friday. Most of the outlets are open! This store keeps a line but if you come early or right at opening and have to wait it's about 25/30mins wait. Sales right now are decent if your looking to buy you won't leave empty handed especially with that addition of 20% off your purchase. JUST DO IT! That's been Nike's trademark slogan ever since the late-1980's while the company itself has been around since the early-1970's. And when they have been a multi-billion dollar company that specializes primarily in footwear, they have been my only go-to athletic shoe since wearing my first pair back in the late 1970's (yes I'm that old). I will say that a pair of new Nike's are not cheap; if you were to shop at a "Champs Sports", "Footaction", or "Footlocker", a pair of their shoes can go upwards to close to $200. That is if you buy the newest pair of Jordans, Air Max's, or top of the line cross-trainers. However, I'm a firm believer that you can never go wrong shopping at the factory outlet stores. In this case, I am focusing on the "Nike Factory Store" in Vacaville, CA. Located directly off on I-80 at the very busy Vacaville Factory Outlets, this Nike Factory Store ranks as one of my favorite places to shop when I make the trip from Sacramento to Vacaville. Some might say, why not just go to the Folsom location? My answer to that is that (even though the Folsom store is decent), its only 1/3 of the size of Vacaville. The inventory selection out of Vacaville is very extensive and to be honest, just a little bit overwhelming. I came here on a Saturday afternoon in May around 2:00pm. Since this store shares parking with many other outlet stores, its not too difficult to find a spot. However, the inside is a different story. I do have to say, avoid coming here on the weekends because it is like a zoo in here! The store itself is spacious and carries a vast amount of mens/womens/childrens clothing, socks, gym bags, sunglasses, hats, and jerseys. Their shoe selection, well you will find just about anything you're looking for; running, walking, basketball, tennis, soccer, cleats, sandals, well you get the picture. And there is a dedicated clearance section that has deals that are anywhere from 20-50% off. I ended up purchasing a pair of black Max Air running shoes in a size 8 1/2 (yes I have small feet for a guy). They were normally priced at $89. Sale price on the box said $49.99. I take it up to the register and the price got reduced even more to $44.99. SCORE! And I have to say, these have to be one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time. They contour directly to the pressure points of my feet and toes while being extremely lightweight. These were the 3rd pair of Nike's that I've purchased from the Vacaville Nike Factory Store and they did not disappoint. Since its so busy at all times, it can be very challenging flagging down an employee for help but shoes are the one thing you can try on especially since most of the sizes are physically out on the sales floor. Overall, this is an above average store that I will continue to do business with. My rating, four solid stars. read more

February 9, 2019 Well, that didn't exactly go according to plans. Don't you just hate when that happens? The whole premise of any outlet store is to find a diamond in the rough so to speak, and when you do come out on top, boat about it. Well I didn't exactly get what I was hoping to find, but I didn't leave empty handed. Let me tell you why this "Nike Factory Store" left a bad first impression.. Nike Factory Store: "Nike" just being the brand that they are, is of course known around the world for their shoes and clothing. The factory stores just carry the overflow and the usually not sought after in their inventory. This location in the "Vacaville Premium Outlets" is a pretty busy location. I would say this location gets the foot traffic from the nearby East Bay and Solano County. So really to get a chance of finding gold here, you've got to pretty much be here when they open up (IMO). This location is organized by shoe models with the long wall of random shoes (Nike and Converse) along the back wall of the store. The workers here aren't that friendly and seemed irritated, and the sheer number of people bumping into you was a bit irritating as well. I did come in hopes of finding a pair of shoes, but instead I settled on slides.. Jordan Men's Hydro 7 Slides $21.59 - Based off the Air Jordan 2, these sandals (slides) originally retails of $50. They did have a 20% off sale going on this day which brought the total from, $24.97 to $19.97, This pricing made me get these slides 1000%. The shoe has select style cues that hint to the "AJ2" model it's adapted from. A very comfortable and lightweight slide, with adjustable foot strap to cater to your foot if it's on the wide side. Not a bad pick up if you're a "Jordan Brand" fan, or if you was just looking for a pair of sandals. Overall: This "Nike Factory Store" didn't leave the best first impression. I'm not all the way detoured though. I can see myself coming back, but I'd maybe have to limit it to a weekday to get better customer service (hopefully) and not be elbow to elbow with people that don't say "excuse me". Come here at your risk though, your experience may be better than mine perhaps.. read more

While this Nike store seems to service purpose, the selection is OK. But what made it difficult to really get into shopping in the store was the music. Very very loud to the point where you can't hear yourself talk/think if you're shopping for shoes. It would be great if they switched up the selection of music to something easier to listen to. Well it's February 2021...Everyone still wearing facemasks. Controlled amount of people entering the store. Lines were long but they moved fairly quickly. The staff were very friendly, encouraged the use of their coupons if you signed up via email or have the Nike app. Store is stocked, organized and very clean. They removed the benches so there is no where to try on the shoes. Men shoes always has the better selection versus women's shoes. Plenty of cashiers to check you out. I did appreciate there was a staff member who wiped the area down before the next guest made their purchases. You rarely see that. Overall, came out with some shoes for a awesome price. read more

We were in Dicks Sporting goods to buy a Nike air max 270 for $159. But before buying,my grandson called the Nike outlet store in Vacaville to compare the price. The lady who answered the phone asked if it was for women or men. My grandson said clearly for men. Then the lady left to get the price. When she came back she said it was $112. My grandson requested a hold on size 9 1/2. We drove from Fairfield to Vacaville to pick up the shoes at the counter. Jeremy and DeAndre, the manager refused to honor the quoted price. They did not offer anything for the customer inconvenience. read more

Aside the from Gilroy location, this store has the most selections of sports gears to choose from - from workout clothes to shoes and then some. Whenever we're driving back from Tahoe, Reno and even Sacramento, the ladies always make a point to stop at the Outlets in Vacaville. Every time we stop here, there always seems to be a sale ranging from 15 to 30 % off the original price, and sometimes more. Just mention sale to the ladies and you can get away with purchasing a few items. Yup, they can spend hours in the outlets, and I don't mind as long as the wifey permits me to get something from this store. Or...Just Do It! read more
