I brought in my mom's 60 y/o Singer. It was tuned up beautifully. Reasonable pricing. Time to get sewing.

Worst place ever. Looks like a hoarders paradise. Got ripped off. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Even though Singer discontinued this model, Jim was knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and speedy.

Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. But currently she refuses to send any invoice for me at the moment. (See pictures attached)

My front loading washing machine took its final breath last week and we called Crown. Crown was out…read moreto my house the next day, thankfully. The first time the Crown repair man came to my house he was here about 90 minutes and charged us around 240 just to look at it and diagnose the problem. He then informed me that my washer would need a new part because the other part had gone out and he would be ordering the part which was a pump - which cost 131.73 dollars and would be back to my house within 5-8 business days, holy moly that's a long time. So I wish that they had replacement parts in stock instead of having to order them. I am a clean freak, I do a lot of laundry, I can't express how crazy I've been going this past week without my washing machine it would have been nice not to wait so long. So the Crown repair guy is out now, it took 6 days for our part to come in and he is fixing it in a timely matter and even cleaned out our trap for the washer. He did do a lot of sighing while he was fixing my machine, I guess it was a lot of hard work but I'm not going to lie is a tad awkward. He is making me laugh though, saying stuff like "yippee and yayyy it's fixed!" Yup that's my sentiments exactly. He also noticed that my water lines were backwards...my hot was cold and my cold was hot despite the hose being connected to the right color. I noticed my laundry was hot on the cold cycle and couldn't figure out why! So he fixed that and then explained to me how to tell if the lines are correct even if they "look correct" they may not be. Anyway he just left and this trip out was 75 dollars for a total cost of 315 to replace my pump. I'm not going to lie I wanted to spend a few extra hundred and get a new one for that price but I was already 240 into it so it was too late, lol. Overall I am satisfied with Crown and will use them again if I need an appliance repaired.

He should not be going into people's homes if he cannot follow the COVID safety protocols the business claims they follow on their Yelp page. He also tried charging them 700 dollars when the fridge was not even repaired. I know who I won't be calling when my appliances need repair.
