Iv used this shop a few times over the years and im always satisfied. Mark was a great help when I took my clients old vacuum in. Sadly the old one was too old to get parts for so he let us use it as a trade in for a new one. The new one is amazing and we love it. I look forward to seeing Mark for our annual vacuum cleanings. Very happy I stopped in today! I came in to have them check out my handheld vacuum. Turns out it was a simple clog from dryer lint, and he (I'm assuming the owner) didn't charge me! I was going to be on my way to Target to look for a new upright vacuum, because mine was cheap & I had to bring it in for repairs all the time when I lived back east. So since I was already there, he showed me the best option for what I was looking for, which was something that I could easily take apart on my own to clear out the trapped hair. After some research on the brand (Riccar) from the parking lot, I went right back in and asked if he could tell me a little more. He took the time to show me exactly how to use it, keep up with it, etc. and explained the awesome three year warranty that the shop services themselves. Free cleaning & tune-ups every 6 months! He answered all of my questions and was clearly genuine in wanting to sell me the best product for what I was looking for, without trying to convince me to spend more. I bought the vacuum and I'm already super happy with it after trying it out at home. He even threw in a free bag of the vacuum bags which was above & beyond service. I also love that the owners of this shop are supporters of the military & even offer a 10% discount! I finally overworked my old but faithful Eureka 'The Boss' (seriously SO much better than the cheapo vacs they make these days that can't vacuum deep pile carpet and the red 'alert' light for the brush comes on even for area rugs: pieces of garbage!). The on/off switch overheated and melted in the off position. I almost threw it out but thought I'd take it in for a professional opinion. SO glad I did!! The gentleman at VCW (assuming the owner) assured me it was an easy fix... and 10 days later, I have my Boss back . Vacuums! I never paid 'em any attention, and I certainly didn't spend money on them. But the day finally came, when I'd been in the house most of a decade, that I wanted a solid, rugged, dependably strong vacuum cleaner that didn't burn up, clog, or break down. Ever. 'Cause I was done with all that!! So I went into the little vacuum store I'd been driving past for years, just to see what they were about. It was exactly what I was looking for! They featured an uber-quality brand I had never heard of, something you don't see at Target or Lowe's. It was pricey, but the sales pitch was down to earth, he answered every question I could come up with (I'm picky when I spend real money), and I could see what I was getting. I was getting a serious power tool for my home that I could rely on to last and last, just getting the job done without bugging me. Ever. Going on seven years or so now, that's just how it's been. I can even take the vacuum back in to the store for cleaning, every six months, even when there's nothing wrong with it, 'cause there never is. They clean it up for me each time and check out all the belts, etc., absolutely free. And that was really useful back when my kids had those rabbits and they used to vacuum up the old bedding and hay bits at cleaning time. It was also useful just now as my basement was finished, and I had vacuumed up drywall dust and bits of lumber, insulation, even a bit of foam I hadn't realized was still wet, and it got congealed inside the mouth of the intake hose. No problem, all cleaned up now. For free. Had I bought my usual mid/cheap vacuum instead, I'd have replaced it by now, and it would have cost me more money total. Or else it would be full of rabbit poop and congealed insulation. So when you're done "saving money" on those inferior dust-scattering, what's-that-burning-smell, who-clogged-it-again contraptions, go to Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse and find out what you've been missing! read more

If you have a Dyson vacuum DON'T take it here! Had a problem with the vacuum popping out the post motor filter. Was told the filter was plugged and it need serviced. The filter would be $39.95 and the service was $65 and it would take 2-3 days. After they hadn't called after a week I called and was told it was ready (we live about 70 miles SW of Colorado Springs). Went to get it and they didn't have the filter so told me to just leave it out as it didn't need it and it looked like nothing else had been done to it (other filters not cleaned, moving parts not cleaned and lubricated, cord still wrapped just as it was when we brought it in). Cost me $65 for apparently doing nothing and bad advise regarding the filter. Had to argue with them to get the old filter back. FINALLY they found it and reluctantly returned it to me. Called the Dyson Service Center in Centennial and was told how to temporarily fix it until I could bring it there and that running it without the filter was NOT a good idea. About a week later I got it to them (about a 250 mile round trip) and they put in a new filter and cleaned and lubed it in about 15 minutes and charged me $0.00. That's right, $0 dollars.
