I personally don't care, I don't come here for relaxation, I come here for relief as I constantly have tightness in my neck and shoulders and knots all over. They are a little heavy handed with the massages and I love it! I need it and I yearn for it!! I will never go anywhere else as long as this place is around. They are skilled with their hands and I always leave feeling amazing. The prices can't be beat for this area and especially considering they use hot stones at the end without an added charge. I always tip their requested (now) 25% because the massage alone would cost me that much at other places in the area. The language barrier does make scheduling and communication a little difficult but again I don't care because the massages are worth it. They also now have a scheduler who speaks English well and answers the phone sometimes and books appointments. All in all I love this place and I highly recommend it to people who want or need a great deep tissue massage at a reasonable price.

I have had a stylist accidently snip a strand or two unevenly, but after 50 years of getting hair cuts, that was the worse of it. The stylist at Alura didn't listen to me and cut my hair in such a way that made my naturally thin hair even thinner. Yep that's what she thought she should do. No texturizing, no feather cut, no precision cut. She made vertical cuts which left me feeling like my hair was butchered. I hope to find a stylist as good as the ones at Eden.
