They were not able to do next week as they had a bunch of people out for fall break. I told them I would find another company if that was an issue, they responded with they want consistent clients- Lets talk consistency here. I have been client for over year and a half. I can tell you OVER 50% of the time they were late for the cleaning, at least an hour to two hours.
