This dude Tony is not a stand up guy by any means. First of all, when I went in for a standard…read morealignment, he told me my alignment was perfect other than needing rear control arms to fix rear camber issues known on Teslas. He promised that with this new rear control arm installation and alignment, he would have 3x my potential tire life! Sounds amazing, right? I at first was weary of this suggestion and initially declined his offer, but after doing research and confirming it was a good suggestion, I book him for an appointment and was excited to have him work on my car. He quoted me 2-3 hours of labor. I arrived, but he takes in my car and FINISHES the entire rear control arm installation and full wheel alignment in just over an hour. How did he out do his own estimate of 2-3 hours of labor? Maybe he was pissed off and decided to do subpar installation and alignment? When he finishes my car, he tells me he is upset/angry with me for not knowing any better that he is a "stand up guy" and that I was wrong for doubting his "professional suggestions!" He then had me listen to how he only looks out for all his customers. If that were the case, then my new alignment should be spot on, right?? Am I not allowed to have any kind of doubt when meeting this guy whom I don't know anything about? I can't read peoples minds and know that he meant the best for me! What the hell is going on?? Is this all a joke? Customers can't be transparent and honest about initially declining a suggested fix and change their mind later? Is this still America? After his insanely quick rear camber arm and full alignment were completed in just over an hour, I looked over the spec sheet and ask Ai to summarize his service. Ai tells me my toe and rear camber are still off, similar to have not having anything adjusted! When contacting him via text, and asking whether or not his work will prove to give me 3x the tire life he promised, he ignores my question and just states, "Anything outside of factory specs would be technically be custom specs." I DON'T THINK SO, PLAYER. I then told him, "It isn't a custom alignment, it is "Ideal alignment" and he still ignores my questions and says, "it would be a custom aligment because it's not what factory recommends." NOPE, YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD 3X MY TIRE LIFE, SO PROVE IT.

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.
