I had an accident with a female who backed into my Model S while visited a coffee shop in Anaheim. I was fortunate that I was sitting in my vehicle during the incident and my camera recorded the entire incident. I brought my car and Bill the owner inspected the Xpel stealth paint protection film on my front bumper. There was damage, but the ppf shielded the paint from any scratches to my midnight silver paint. The price seemed fair and I quoted the price to the female who backed into me and she zelled me the money directly verses me filing a claim against her Automobile Club insurance and penalizing her with a higher premium. I made an appointment the following day and brought my vehicle in the following week. The car was ready the same day and the employee's at Transhine did a excellent job replacing my ppf on the right front bumper and I can't see any remnants of were the ppf was damage. Overall, I had a great experience with Transhine and I would definitely recommend them for a car wash, vehicle detail or a partial or complete paint protection film applied to your ride. read more

My Lexus LS 430, is 22 years old, with 200,000 miles on it. It had a series of door dings and dents, and a large dent on the hood. The original window tinting, done when I bought the car, was peeling off. The head lights were foggy. I took it to Transhine, and they remove all the dents and dings, new window tint, cleaned and detailed the interior, wheels, trunk. And the outside paint and chrome was looking better than when it was in the showroom. The headlights sparkled, with a 10 year guarantee against fading. If I could go beyond 5 Stars I would. Read my previous reviews on Transhine and note that at this point I have been going to them for 23 plus years. They just keep getting better, adding, more services and perfecting their craft. The other thing I value is their recommendations for other businesses that offer services they don't provide. They recommend those businesses because they are the best at the service requested, even if those businesses could be seen as competing detail and tint shops. Lastly, it is even more impressive when I find out that other businesses I frequent also use Transhine. For example, my mechanic always comments about how good my car looks. I was surprised that the last two times I had my car at Transhine, including April 14th and 15th 2026 that my mechanic had his truck there for a detail. Had the interior of my car deep cleaned and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I are frequent campers, often at the lake. So the interior was horrendous. When I bought our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica, I opted for the paint and fabric protection. I know, I know, almost everyone says that paint and fabric protection is a rip off and just another way the dealership sticks you with unnecessary charges. However, I have 4 kids. Let me repeat: 4 KIDS. At the time we bought the car, my kids' ages ranged from 1 1/2 - 9 with one on a bottle, one on a sippy cup and two who loved chips, McDonald's and BBQ dipping sauces. As you can imagine, when I heard of a 5 year protection plan, I jumped on it. Well, shame on me for not using the plan until now. I think that most dealers think that most customers won't use the plan since it's like insurance or a warranty. I, too, forgot about the plan until I got my wife a new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe and I started driving the van. Everywhere I looked there were stains, spilled food, candy, you name it. I had enough and decided to call the dealer about the warranty coverage. I was directed to the company who backed the protection plan, Ethos. They were easy to work with and told me to pick a reputable detail shop and they would direct bill with them. I other words, no money out of my pocket. I asked the guys at Imperial body shop if they did paint and interior protection claims and they said no. But, the best detail shop and the only one they recommended was Transhine. They told me that's where they take their own cars, too. It's like a doctor recommending a dentist. You know it has to be good. I was floored as to how easy it was to have them work with Ethos and get the authorization for payment. Scheduling was a breeze and they have a YouTube video that shows you how to prepare for your detail appointment. A YOUTUBE VIDEO!!! Are you kidding me?! These guys are legit. They're located in Whittier just east of Colima behind Midas on the south side of the street. You really can't see a sign or anything, so drive slow and look for Midas. I worked with Jesus and he was really cool and knowledgeable and gave me a rundown of what they'd do. It was a big job, so I dropped it off on Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. The interior needed time to dry as did the engine bay. The car looks almost new and I'd swear you'd have a hard time knowing that I had 4 kids completely destroying that interior for the past 3 years. Now that I know how this whole paint and fabric protection plan works, I'm going to use it as often as I can go or at least once a year. I always want to get my money's worth and even an upsell like paint and fabric protection I'll use...over and over again... As long as it's at Transhine. read more

I habitually and haphazardly eat in my car. I have spilt coffee all over my car. Crumbs and stains were all around. That awful grease from coins melting in the sun stuck in my console. I don't know what sort of mysterious ancient practices were performed on this vehicle by Transhine- but car has been cleansed of dirt, grime, stains, grease, crumbs, and negative emotions. Shine, Shine, Shine Immaculate and pristine is an understatement when seeing my vehicle after their detailing service. Holy Moly, I felt like my car had a makeover. I almost did not recognize it from a few days ago. With a family of four and two school-aged kids, I could not believe what my eyes were seeing. I'd been a long time customer of Transhine for many years. Typically getting headlight clear bra installations across all my cars. Today was the first time in 7 years I decided to give my daily driver a spa day. Let me say, I am peculiar about how paint gets corrected and Transhine knocked it out of the park. BMW's Carbon black can be a tricky paint to get looking nice, especially when time starts to get a lot of swirls in the finish even from hand washing. They were able to get the paint back to it's former CPO delivery day shine and finish. It doesn't even end there.
