I contacted them 4 weeks ago and they said they would send sample photos, but unfortunately never received them or a quote. It looks like other people here have had a better experience, so perhaps our handrail project is too small or not enough profit. Several of the welders in the area have been pretty flaky, so perhaps there is a shortage - Sanchez Iron Works is the only one to follow through with a final quote out of 4 people I talked to about our project.
