Moreover, the heavy hitter, John, stepped in to address an unrelated but related issue concerning my problems with my 365 MS/GoDaddy issues. John went above and beyond the call of duty to hold GoDaddy's tech support' feet to the fire to get to the bottom of why I was unable to send and receive ALL my emails. GoDaddy disappointed here but John was persistent, and we finally made progress with the complicated creation of making SPF records and DKIM records that GoDaddy REFUSED to create!!! I got my money's worth signing up with Modern Web Studios because it is obvious, they care about their customers!
