How about that, no charge from a dealer. shop around, get your quote, and call around and check the $$$ numbers. Some people also don't look at the reviews, which would be me. Expensive mistake. The OWNER responds that they provide a 2-year warranty, which is why they are more expensive. Well if the work you provide doesn't last for 2 years, you have still covered your time and effort, but not for the client, we still need to come back and have the work done again, we lose time, but because your MORE expensive, your time is covered. Life is a series of patterens, how many folks need to come back for warranty work? You have numerous bad reviews lately. You need to spend more time taking care of your clients and less time making commercials.

My check engine light came on, so I brought my car in and found out it was my catalytic converter. Before jumping straight to the most expensive option, they first tried cleaning it out to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn't, so about a week later I came back to have it replaced. I was really stressed because I couldn't afford the repair out of pocket, but they were incredibly helpful and told me about Technet, a credit card specifically for auto repairs. I applied and was instantly approved. They even fixed my car and waited for my card to arrive in the mail before I paid them in full. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient everyone was. They explained everything clearly, what the problem was, what caused it, and how they were going to fix it. They even paid for my Uber rides to the shop and from work while my car was in the shop, with no extra charge. It's hard to find honest and caring auto shops, especially when you don't know much about cars, but they made the whole experience so much less stressful.
