Bad communication and rude. She uses lots of lights to take filtered videos and pictures to post on her instagram. She took videos and pictures without asking for my permission and then posted it on her stories after i told her i was unhappy with the work she did on me before i left her business. Basically insult to injury. Worse experience ever. Now i have to pay more $$$$ to get them removed. I had consultations at other shops to see about fixing it and they even said theres no way to fix it other than removal because they are 2 totally different shapes. Waiting to get them lasered....and for the refund she said she will give me....that was over a month ago....because she was on vacation....guess she needs the money more than i do‍her excuse now is that she doesnt have to give me a refund because im suppose to come in for a touch up.
