After 1.5 hours I still decided to have her clean since we were having painting done. I'm not sure if I heard more phone ringing or cleaning done. Another red flag and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The home was empty by the way, no obstructions that could hinder a flawless finish. At this point I was appalled that more than several areas were unclean at final check. I understand sometimes very minor things can be missed however Susana assured me that she wiped down everything inside and out. Now seeing other reviews stating similar experiences. It is disappointing as I am also a service professional and I value when an appointment is set. Unfortunately photos do not lie and I will be continuing my business elsewhere. If honest work was done, I do believe in paying a fair fee. Even if susana were to return to address those items, again that would be on my time when services rendered should have be completed initially. I called and she said I was booked for Saturday 11:15. Fine. Then she changed it to 1:20-2pm a few hours later. Fine. Saturday morning I get a text they will be there at 9:30am (it's 9:12am). I said fine even though I wasn't ready. And nothing. texted and she said oh, 12-1pm now. She didn't understand that I said "it's fine. He can come now" meant he could come at 9:30. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners.

She brought a small crew with her and they cleaned the whole 2,300ish square feet in about 3 hours, including baseboards, refrigerator, bathrooms, window sills (important), etc. Most importantly, Mary honored my request (really more of a condition) that there be NO Fabuloso! which I think is muy malo coz I hate the smell of the stuff, and she honored my request (condition) not to wear perfume or have the crew wearing perfume. I really dislike when service people and contractors wear all kinds of perfume and cologne and stink up the place....and I smell it for DAYS. Yes, I have a sensitive olfactory superpower, I admit. They did a great job, and Mary is super outgoing and the whole crew worked hard. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
